Cette petite cabane est sur une propriété avec 2 autres cabines juste sur la rivière et à quelques pas des arcades de penny, une tyrolienne, des magasins, des bars et des restaurants au centre-ville de Manitou Springs. La cabine elle-même a sa propre terrasse donnant sur la rivière et est un cadre paisible extrêmement calme avec des arbres de 200 pieds au-dessus. La cabine entière a été rénovée avec une nouvelle cuisine toute nouvelle électrique, plancher et nouvelle salle de bain. Cette cabine avec une chambre et une salle de bain offre toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et a même un canapé-lit, une toute nouvelle SMART TV et tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Détendez-vous sur votre propre terrasse arrière et savourez un bon café le matin tout en profitant des sons de la rivière adjacente ou cuisinez sur le barbecue et profitez d'un bon dîner sur notre table de pique-nique. Trop fatigué pour cuisiner, pas de problème! A quelques pâtés de maisons à pied et vous êtes en plein milieu de la ville avec toutes sortes de choix de plats et de boissons sans parler de grands magasins et d'une salle de jeux.

This property was exactly what we were looking for, close to downtown shopping but still felt secluded. Loved the creek in the back. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Will stay here again!

walking distance to tourist area was great. on cabin's deck, it felt like you were deep in the forest. very peaceful and relaxing. no city noise! the grill could use a good cleaning.

Love how it is on the creek and you can enjoy that from your deck. So close to walking downtown. Really cool place to stay. Close to lots of activities like Pikes Peak as well

Experience was good for one night. Wouldn't recommend for more than three adults. Porch overlooking the creek was cute and comfortable. Walking distance to town. Negatives: Bed was too soft and hot to sleep on. Lots of little flying bugs in the cabin (maybe that's normal for the area).

We advertise this cabin with a queen and a fold up single bed. We have never allowed more than 3 guests in this cabin. I am sorry you felt hot but there is a/c in the unit. There ahould not be any bugs in the house and we do have a pest control service come out regularly . We do appreciate the feedback and will make sure there are no insects and will also check on the bed. The most recent replacement was April 16, 2026

This is not a fancy place but it's clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to unwind. It is an easy walk into town so we didn't need to drive anywhere. We enjoyed beautiful sunny weather and relaxing on the lovely deck next to the water. Be aware that flash flooding is a possibility — a sign on the fridge says to obey if there is an evacuation order.

There were some ants in the bathroom coming from under the wall, but overall the place was nice. Perfect spot to walk downtown easily/quickly.

The location was just a short walk to downtown Manitou. The deck was wonderful-right on the River. The hosts were immediately accommodating when there was an issue with the heater. We will stay here again if coming back to Manitou!

Easy stay in Manitou Springs. Place was as pictured, though ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit noisy (fortunately, we really didn’t need it) and the heat pump was not working (also, not needed). A technician came to work on the latter, but we were unaware whether that was planned or impromptu. We really enjoyed sitting in the back, listening to the stream and watching the ducks play.

The cabin was small but neat and organized. It worked out perfectly for me, my wife and our cat (who seemed to really love it!) The entire area was outstanding for shopping, scenery and restaurants. Everything was just a short and easy drive away. We had a great week!

After Seth had retired from going to three Olympic games, we decided that we had more than sports and a love of fencing in common. Turns out, Seth and I have a passion for homes. We bought this home as a project to work on together after we had already completely remodeled another home. Turns out, remodeling a home and two cabins built in 1891 is a whole new level of difficult. But, we did it and this home is our labor of love!!We do hope you enjoy our recently finished product!

Both Seth and I LOVE Manitou Springs! Manitou is such a wonderful little town that really does a great job of providing fun activities and festivals year round. From Arts Festivals, to Marathons, to Coffin Races Manitou Springs is a happening place year round. What's more, we took one look at the creek and just how relaxing it was to sit and hear the sound of the water and enjoy the huge trees overhead while also being in the middle of town and we were all in!

It really is a special treat to be within walking distance to everything and yet feel as though you can get away from it all with just a short walk back to your home away from home.
