Spring skiing

The duplex condo was very comfortable for the three of us. Kitchen is exceptionally well outfitted for meals in including a nice gas grill. Creekside hot tub venue was the highlight for us. Shy and modest might not appreciate the lack of curtains/blinds in master bath.

Beautiful Home and Setting!

Beautiful views plus outstanding accommodations equals perfect stay! Cannot say enough about how beautiful the setting is and how well appointed the accommodations are. I would book it again in a heartbeat!We enjoyed a wonderful horseback ride through Vail stables and highly recommend that.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We loved our stay on Nugget Lane. Our 10 and 14 year old daughters loved getting in the hot tub with us every night and we were a short drive from Vail Village. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking necessities and they even have sugar, spices, teas, and coffee. The staff was also prompt to fix a beeping smoke alarm with in 15 minutes! We would definitely stay again.

Lovely property for family stay

The home felt larger than the photos conveyed, with multiple levels for a big family to spread out. Hot tub was lovely and hot, and kitchen was well stocked. The management company was easy to work with. Easy enough 5 minute walk to the free bus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Wonderful home. Very quiet and peaceful. My family of 5 had tons of room and was very comfortable during our ski trip. Beautiful location backing up to Gore Creek. Hot-tub was great. Bus system into Vail was a piece of cake. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place!

We loved our time here. The river as natures sound machine was heaven on earth. Property managers were helpful and accommodating with the pack n play and high chair. There is no AC which was hard to sleep up-stairs in the summer and the house had random trash still left over from the previous people (band-aide in the laundry machine, candy trash in the downstairs room floor, etc.).

Great stay at 4289 Nugget Lane

I, along with 5 other friends, really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was in a great location (only a 5 min drive to Vail Village) and the house was very spacious. We also loved the hot tub in the back of the house. Would highly recommend.

Ski trip

Had a great time. Place was fully stocked with everything we needed. Great ski house, tub, plenty of space. We easily hosted 6 people at this place. Close to the shuttle and the ski lift. No complaints.

Always a great time!

We always enjoy 4289 Nugget Lane. It’s so nice to sleep in, not worry about traffic and walk just a few hundred yards to the bus. We didn’t get out on the mountain until around noon today and still hit 19,000 vertical feet in the afternoon. Hot tub and fireplace is amazing and the house is so cozy.

Nugget Land Houst

Was a very nice property with private hot tub, view of the running stream in a nice neighborhood. The shuttle access was very convenient for skiiers and you are a few minutes from Vail Village by car, should you choose to drive. The house was completely stocked with cooking equipment, humidifiers (big plus for folks from humid areas) and washer / dryer. All in all a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our stay in Vail. The home was perfect for 6 adults. We loved the creek out back as well as the hot tub and fire pit for s’mores. It’s a very peaceful, safe and quiet neighborhood nestled into the beautiful trees and flowing creek. The kitchen is well stocked if wanting to do any cooking. The beds are very comfortable, 2 large bathrooms and nice to have the 3rd 1/2 bath on the first floor. We spent most of our time hiking at the nearby trails. We loved being close to the restaurants in Vail but we did spend a day in Breckenridge only 30 miles away. Tricia was very friendly, quick to respond and gave easy instructions for the checkout process. I would highly recommend this home for a young family. It would be difficult if anyone in your family couldn’t do stairs. The chairs by the creek were a nice feature. Definitely enjoyed having early morning coffee there.

We love this place!!!

This is the 3-4 time we have been back. Each time, it is perfectly set up for our group. 3 couples fit perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out. Heated parking spaces means no shoveling when you get hit with a foot of new powder. Hot tub is always fun after a long day on the slopes and only 3 minute walk to the bus stop where you can go straight to the slopes. Will be coming back for more. 10/10!

Perfect Location- Premium Amenities!

We loved our stay at this East Vail townhome. The layout is great! It was just 2 of us, but a bigger family would have lots of space, storage and privacy! The furniture and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for gourmet dining! loved the Wolf stove! Outside was quiet and private! Loved being on the river! I could walk to the Gore Creek trail from the house. We will definitely want to come back in the future! ALSO.. The property management was very attentive and checked in on us frequently!

Nugget Lane Vail Trip Feb 2025

The house was great! Had everything we needed and fully stocked in every way. The only piece of information missing was how to open the bear proof garbage can...LOL! But the rental support line was very attentive and a huge help. The only suggestion would be for the plow guys to clear the opening of the driveway when the car is not home. We had A LOT of snow during our visit and the edge of the driveway was never really cleared so luckily we had a large SUV that was able to plow through the little pile. Other than that, the place was great! Would surely rent it again.

We do know that the bear proof trash cans can be a little tricky to open for the first time and appreciate your feedback on having some instructions posted! This home is actually equipped with a heated driveway, so there are no snow removal services for this! The only snow you would have is any that the plow has left at the end of the driveway while traveling down the road. We haven’t had any issues with this to date! We cannot tell you how much we appreciate you calling out the hard work of our guest services team.
