This 3rd Floor end unit is very quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. Located at the Inn At SilverCreek. A full-service lodge offering a variety of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, a fitness center with racquetball courts, and tennis courts. Also on-site resides an arcade, general store, hair salon, ski, and snowboard rental shop, and SilverCreek Steakhouse and lounge. Perfectly located, the Inn At SilverCreek provides easy access to take advantage of the mountain lifestyle. Within minutes from your doorstep, you can enjoy year-round activities including world-class skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park Ski Resort and Granby Ranch, hundreds of miles of trails, and fishing on Lake Granby and Grand Lake. With the headwaters of the Fraser and Colorado Rivers, and hundreds of miles of amazing trails for hikers and mountain bikers to explore throughout the County and Rocky Mountain National Forest. Lake Granby and Grand Lake area about 20 mins away. Granby Ranch Ski and Golf are less than 2 minutes and Winter Park (CO locals favorite) 15 mins from the resort! There is also a free shuttle to the ski areas and sites.
Do you want to see some of the best wildlife in Colorado? Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 20 min drive! Some of the most beautiful drives and hiking trails in Colorado are in this area.

Love the location!

The grocery store is just across the street from the condo. It’s also so close to the Grand Lake and other trails. We love the heated pool too! Overall we had a great time and will book again!

Spring break trip to the mountains

We had a wonderful time in Granby. The resort is aging and rundown, but the unit we stayed in was so cute and cozy with a great mountain view from the balcony. Our son loved the arcade and pool. It’s nice that there are other towns nearby, plenty to do!

Wedding weekend

A magical weekend surrounded by family and friends. Our accommodations were exactly what we needed and included our essential wedding party, a tall and handsome dog named Bode. We were able to have coffee on the patio, get ready for our big day and store boxes of wedding goods all in this cozy place. I would absolutely stay again.

Amazing, comfy, and warm

We loved our stay here! It snowed while we were visiting for the week and we were happy to come back to a warm and comfortable home! This condo is the complete package! You seriously do not need anything else! Everything was clean and there was plenty of extra bedding! There is a coin laundry at the bottom of the stairs of the building and we could dry all of our wet clothes from being out in the snow! We are a family of 5 plus my dad joined us for a few days and we had plenty of room! We would love to stay here again!

The unit was amazing, very clean, updated & everything you’d need for your stay. The property on which the unit is located was a little run down, restaurant & pool were closed frequently over the week, outside trash bins were overflowing in parking lot & the non smoking policy was not followed or in forced around the property & due to no AC it made it difficult to keep windows open.

Perfect for skiing Granby Ranch

We had a wonderful stay in Granby. The condo was perfect for me, my wife and our doggies. Comfortable and spacious. We had a minor plumbing issue, but Becky called someone to fix it within the hour. The Granby ski area is only about a five minute drive. Winter Park is about 25 minutes. A shuttle will pick you up at the property and take you to Winter Park, but it arrives at 6:55 a.m. and departs the ski area at 4:55 p.m. Great condo, great location. Highly recommended.

Very Quiet with good views!

Great property for a family or couple. Murphy Bed was comfortable, King bed was great. Super quiet. Overall the condo property itself is somewhat well- worn, but this rental unit itself was pretty clean and well stocked for your stay. Supermarket conveniently located across the road. Seemed like good value. Would have given 5 stars but housekeeping could be better. Some of pillow cases were stained and there were ashes in ashtray on patio. Hosts were quick to respond to all inquiries. Stayed September 2016- family of four.

Thank you for the great feedback! We have replaced some linens and I plan to be there next week to supervise cleaning of the skylight and painting of the ceiling. While there I plan to look over supplies to ensure our home is well stocked and linens are replaced. Mid October all kitchen appliances will be replaced with new stainless steel! Amazing Studio Loft! Amazing Owners!

I had the pleasure of staying in this loft for March/April and I could not have picked a better place! I work from home so I packed up my dogs, work things, and skis and headed out to Granby to catch the last two months of the 2017 ski season at Winter Park. The unit was spotless when I arrived, the new stainless steel appliances look great, and the space was perfect even when I had guests over some of the weekends. The resort the loft is located in has plenty of amenities, is very dog friendly, and near everything you would want to do in Colorado! From Winter Park and Granby Ranch for skiing, Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking, to plenty of lakes for fishing, this place really puts you in the middle of it all! Becky was fantastic to work with for my long term rental! I can't wait to visit again!

Excellent spot with amenities

We had an excellent stay here and enjoyed the location, comfort and amenities. The only negative is the washer/dryers, they are not in the unit, but shared and one of them worked wonderfully the other continually ate coinage and it is some horrible process to try to get refunded. At the end of the day what's $5 we just used the one that worked. Also the game room is managed by some other company. Again this is NOTHING against the property owners they were amazing and I didn't even bug them with these issues. The unit was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful time exploring Rocky Mtn National Park from here. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again. The pool and hot tubs were relaxing and we took advantage of the outdoor grill. We did not try the restaurant on site, but it smelled good. The only surprise to me was no A/C, then I pulled up the weather forecast and nighttime temps were in the 40s the open window was plenty. Excellent stay, would book again.

A week in Granby

We had never been to Granby before. It is a very convenient place to stay because of it's close proximity to Rocky Mtn Nat Park, Grand Lake and Winter Park. However, Granby itself doesn't have much to offer. The condo was cute and mostly looked as pictured online. Cleanliness could be improved upon. The chair in the livingroom was so covered in dog hair from previous guests that we didn't even sit in it. The carpeting also smelled of dog urine when it was humid out or raining and a mat in the bathroom also smelled of urine. Would also be nice if the condo came stocked with more toilet paper and tea bags for guests staying for longer time frames like we did. Unfortunately for us, the building's pool closed down for repairs for half of our stay. Our kids were very disappointed, though I know this is not the owner's fault. Also, this unit sits above a long term renter who smokes out on his balcony frequently. Many nights we had to close our balcony door because of the smell of smoke. We called the front desk several times and eventually I think the problem was resolved but be aware if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. As many other guests have said, the building that the condo is located in leaves a lot to be desired. It is in desperate need of repair. I'll leave it at that because much of the building it just downright gross. Overall, we were very pleased with the price of the condo and the location was pretty good for what we wanted to see and do but we would probably not stay in Granby again.

We are sorry for your experience at our condo. Becky and I were extremely upset to read your comments as we take great pride in the cleanliness and condition of our property. (We live there too) We just stayed at the condo a few weeks ago and did a deep cleaning that included cleaning the carpets and we actually just replaced the bathmat a new one. It sounds as if a previous guest left some messes that were overlooked by our housekeeper, and for that, we apologize. We wish you would have said something to us about these issues while you were staying in our condo as we would have sent housekeeping in immediately to clean and to replenish whatever you needed.

We are the owners and absolutely love our comfortable and spacious condo, it is perfect for our family! We spend a lot of time in the mountains and absolutely love the Fraser Valley. We call our home, The Loft at Silver Creek. It is absolutely a paradise with beautiful mountain views, a cozy and very comfortable condo that makes you feel right at home.

There is so much to do in the area with great 4-wheeling trails. We love to hike so we use the many hiking trails every time we go up, the hiking trails also double as snowshoe trails in the winter. We also snowmobile and there are plenty of trails for that too! We love Granby Ranch Ski Resort! It is a great ski mountain at a very affordable price! They also have tubing every Saturday night! Granby is perfectly centered - only 15 minutes one direction to Winter Park and 15 minutes the other way to Grand Lake, and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our condo is located in The Inn at Silver Creek, and it is complete with an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, so have fun swimming year-round! They also have 4 hot tubs, 2 full racquetball courts, a fitness center with NEW cardio and weight machines, as well as free weights. Don't forget to enjoy the Sauna, especially after a great day of skiing. The resort has so many on-site features including a NEWLY remodeled Steakhouse, Bar (Harry Lemons), beauty salon, game room for children, and one for the adults in Harry Lemons. For skiers, snowboarders, and snowshoers, there is a full-service on-site ski rental shop! You will enjoy customer service from everyone at the resort, they are fantastic!

We couldn't be happier with our resort condo and we would love to share it with you!

We decided to buy this property when our daughter moved to Colorado awhile back. She works for Vail Resorts, loves the area and has decided to make it her home. So of course, we decided to make it our home away from home! We love the outdoors and all that it has to offer! It was the perfect choice!
