The place was exactly as advertised! Great long term stay for my college-aged son during a summer internship. Best part was having a secure garage he could come home to. Helen is amazing and the best host communication ever.

Great Neighborhood

This apartment is in a great neighborhood and comes with lots of useful things for a tiny place. There is garage parking on site, laundry outside the door, and packages can be delivered directly to your door. I stayed long term, and I would suggest that you travel light if you do as well - it is small, around 350 sq ft. The property manager, Helen, was very helpful and responsive. The unit is part of a duplex in the backyard of a residential home, but it is separated by a fence so it feels private. Though it is a slightly older building, the apartment has been maintained exceptionally well and has been updated thoughtfully. I would recommend staying here!

Safe, cozy, clean

Location is fantastic, it is in the safe area of LA with multiple stores and food joints in a walkable distance. I absolutely loved how cozy the apartment was and it had all of the essentials and more. It has an attached garage to the appartment with a washer and dryer right outside of the appartment door, which is very convenient. I would highly recommend this place which ran by the most genuine people who attend every need. It felt like home away from home.

perfect location

The studio is quiet and well-designed. The perfect little kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking, which I did daily. If you want a sun filled apartment, know that although the studio has enough windows, not a lot of sunlight streams in after late morning. This was my only regret. All in all, it's a sweet spot and the manager, Helen, goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

So clean, conveniently located and better than expected!

I had an amazing stay! I stayed for just over 7 weeks and I really couldn't have chosen a better spot! Upon arrival, I even felt the need to text Helen about how clean and lovely the place was because it was better than I had anticipated. It's located in the most perfect spot! Gelson's and Starbucks just around the corner! ... Burbank and Westfield too! Highly recommend!

What a lovely property clean furnishings were very eclectic which I love fresh flowers kitchen was well furnished with everything one would need to cook also has spices of different kinds fresh fruit and water was nice when you have been traveling all day the crowning touch a garage to park my car with entrance from the garage to our place

Perfect for two

Nice stay in NoHo

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, however, we stayed in the downstairs apartment and we could hear everything going on in the upstairs apartment. Our first night we were woken at 4 a.m. with walking around upstairs, and at least at 6a.m. every morning after that. We were told when we checked in that the washer drum was broken and awaiting repair, so not to use, but the upstairs occupants either were not told, or didn’t care, so they decided to do 2-3 loads of laundry at 6a.m. on the second day of our stay. Needless to say, we didn’t get much rest during our very busy stay. Some words of advice, make sure to keep the garage door closed at all times, and the coffee maker doesn’t work, so be prepared to walk down to Starbucks every morning to get your early morning caffeine fix.

Perfect for us

The property is very professionally managed. Pre-arrival information was very thorough, helpful and informative. Apartment was well appointed, neat, clean and stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies as well as complimentary healthy snacks. Air conditioning worked well and having an attached garage was a nice extra. It was perfect for us - less than 1 mile from family and steps from Starbucks. I would stay again and recommend.

Clean, safe and well appointed large studio

This place is perfect. It's ample for a studio, with a large chair for relaxing as well as a table and chairs. There's even a washer and dryer just outside of the room if your stay requires doing some laundry. We have stayed in the upstairs of this place and it was also great. They think of everything you could need for your visit. They are also kind enough to have some snacks and water for your arrival day. We will continue to stay at both properties because they are private, clean, and safe. They are located in a great neighborhood with easy walking to a grocery store and shops. We travel often and have found this to be a true gem!

It was everything we needed!

This is a small but comfortable place. It was spotlessly clean. Helen had fresh flowers, fruit, popcorn, cookies, coffee, and tea waiting for our arrival. It was nice to be able to park in a garage. Helen also rents the upper apartment out, and our neighbors were delightful. We shared a lovely dinner on the patio with them. The apartment was everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Lovely, pampered stay!

This was our second stay here at the Valley Village Agnes studio. The accommodations are thoughtful, lovely and pampering. The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5, was the bed was a bit too soft for our taste. But, between the convenience of a private garage, beautifully appointed kitchen, washer, dryer, wifi, ….could go on and on. We hope to stay at least once a year!!

Outstanding

My wife and I stayed in this charming studio apartment for 2 weeks. It was clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Not only was the apartment all that we had hoped for, but it was convenient to coffee, shopping and the Bob Hope/Burbank airport. The neighborhood was safe and a pleasure to walk through. We will certainly consider staying again the next time we are in Los Angeles.

Amazing property, especially for the price!

Once again we were thrilled that we rented from Helen and her team! The apartment was perfect. We loved that there was a garage for the rental car. Off street parking in LA is hard to come by so having a garage was a big plus. I would mention that it is shared with the upstairs apartment so you hear the garage door each time they are leaving and returning. It did not bother us in the least but others sensitive to sound might be. The kitchen was well stocked and while small, very easy to cook in. This apartment is close to everything so it made it very easy to get around. We had a little trouble finding it in the dark when we first arrived because it was hard to see house numbers until we realized they were also painted on the curb. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment!!! Helen and her team are amazing and we will continue to rent her properties every time we travel to LA (which is about twice a year).

Comfortable, Clean & Cozy

My oldest daughter and I stayed here for a week. It was perfect and we loved it. Everything you need. Helen was very accommodating and answered any concern or need very quickly. The bed is amazing. It's fairly private in the back of the property and lovely yard to sit and relax. What you see in the pictures is what you get. I would stay here again!
