Great location on the beach, quiet, clean, and easy to get to and from town. We had an issue with the TV and the general manager was super responsive and fixed it right away. Using Whatsapp to contact while in Belize was super easy and convenient. Looking forward to our next stay on Ambergris Caye!

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Bermuda Palms. The location was great, close to the bridge and a little removed from the chaos. The apartment was spacious enough for a group of 6 adults. Staff was very responsive, helping us with dinner reservations and sending maintenance quickly when we had an issue with the AC.

Nice place to stay.

Place was nice. The water in the shower with the tub was quite cool. The pool and beach area was very nice and having Coco locos right there was a great bo. The bedroom on the top floor was what I would call a little rustic. The book in the room for emergency was nice, but it would have been good to see a book about how to use the TV. Also wish there would have been TV's in the bedrooms.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in Belize. Our hosts were very helpful in arranging our golf carts and transport to and from the airport. Accommodations were clean and well stocked with supplies. Fast response to any questions we had. Bermuda Palms is the perfect location to get to restaurants and an easy drive to Secret Beach. Staff at the poolside Bar were friendly and fun! Gorgeous view.

First trip to Belize

Property was as advertised. Fun bar on site with good food. Pool was clean and warm. On site phone was not functional. A/C units malfunctioned, repaired the next day. Check out instructions were confusing, supposed to drop off key at a place that seemingly didn't exist so left key in lockbox by door. Beds very comfortable, kitchen adequate, grocery store very close by.

Great Location

Just North of the bridge near the Truck Stop. Amazing Farmers Market right down the street. A grocery store directly behind the property. Best of all swim up bar and Ocean View. Property management was quick to respond with any inquiries we had

Excellent location and amenities!

Loved staying at this condo. We had no issues. Jessi was lovely, met us at the airport and helped us get a cab. He checked in through email to make sure we were doing ok. The A/C worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with a French press and plenty of pots and pans. The balcony and s wonderful as well as the pool, bar, and dock. We had a lovely time!

Nice place

The unit was nice and spacious. The beds were fairly comfy. The listing was not completely accurate. It stated there was a gym, so I was looking forward to a few workouts during our 5 day stay. But there was no gym. The listing stated a phone in the unit to make local calls, which there was not. Just a bit disappointed when a listing states something that is not accurate. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool, the bar was an added plus, and the grocery store around the corner made for convenient spontaneous purchases. Bar/lounge on the property. 5 minutes into town for San Pedro on a golf cart for many restaurants and shopping. It is important to know that there is no beach per se along this part of the island as there is a sea wall. Definitely rent a golf cart for your stay so you can get around easily and explore.

It boasts great balconies, easy access to the pool and beach, a great little bar by the pool, and a very convenient grocery market next door. It was quite at night and was lovely to be away from the commotion of town, but easy to walk to. Jessi met us at the dock and could not have been more helpful in planning our trip. I highly recommend this rental and would stay there again.

Beautiful Belize

Jessi has been amazing since the booking took place. Fortunately everything went as planned and didn't run into any speed bumps. The AC worked amazing. Only problem was the bathroom in one bedroom needed a curtain or something cuz water got everywhere. Not a problem for us but can't see the floor lasting long from water damage. Wifi didn't work in the far room but great everywhere else. Overall great experience and would definitely stay again

1st time at Bermuda Palms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to stay at Bermuda Palms. We have been to the island before but stayed much farther north. This location was so close to town that we were able to go often for shopping & restaurants. Being next door to a grocery store was very convenient for doing our own cooking. The pool & swim up bar was awesome, & the beach was beautiful. We were on the island for a wedding down south & this complex accommodated some of the family very nicely. We will definitely consider renting here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Our only complaint was the close proximity to the KAMA bar, their live music was much too loud and the musician they had was horrendous! He butchered every song he sang, we were inside with doors and windows closed and it was still too loud. On the plus side...the property management company was there to greet us when we arrived and were very helpful with setting up our golf cart and answering any questions that arose.

The property was clean. The beds are a little dated making sleep less than optimal. I was a little upset that there is a laundry closet that was locked, so we had to pay 20 dollars US to have a load done in town. I felt for the price of the unit this should have been available. The hot water in the back suite was lukewarm at best, however it was great in the front suite and upstairs. The unit is nice, the views are stunning and the swim up bar had a nice bartender. It was a nice stay, however our next rental will be one with available laundry facility on site.

Great Trip - Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting from Belizeit Rentals was easy and the management was easy and friendly to work with. The location of B.P.#9 was fantastic. We preferred to not rent golf carts and selected a condo based on location. We were able to enjoy walks into town to restaurants and were happy we chose to do so. We had excellent excursions to Hol Chen & Shark Ray alley and it was nice they were able to pick us up right from the dock. The condo had most things we needed, it did not have t-p or dish towels, but management brought it when we called. Overall, I would recommend this condo, it was nice and quiet, we may have been the only people renting here at the time. The bar had corn hole and a giant jenga which we enjoyed everyday. The other residents of the condo were friendly. The downside, (at no fault of anyone, and we were aware of it prior to renting) is the fact there was so much seaweed and it smelled as well as you couldn´t walk into the ocean due to the seawall. We missed being able to walk right into the water. If we ever went back to Belize we would consider renting this condo again.

We’re originally from Arizona and fell in love with the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. We first started visiting in 2014 and knew right away this was where we wanted to end up. We’ve been living on the island full-time since 2024 and are passionate about helping others enjoy their time here.

We love scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, or simply spending a relaxing day lounging in the sand. The island caters to a diverse range of people, and we take pride in helping our guests have a truly wonderful vacation. Our favorite part of hosting is hearing feedback from guests who genuinely enjoyed their stay and watching them fall in love with this beautiful island just as we did.
