This is a two family house located in the heart of Havendale St. Andrew with 1 family unit available to guests. The unit available has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living area, and a kitchen. This unit is fully furnished with all the necessary necessities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Ideal for guests traveling in a group of 4 or less at no extra charge.

Guests will have access to a flat screen cable TV and wireless Internet. Guests will have access to a driveway with secure parking. Guests will also have access to the front and back veranda of the property as well. The property has a spacious front and back yard with various fruit and vegetable trees at your disposal, hot and cold water flowing from pipes, and a washing machine is also available for laundry.

Come and explore the outdoor garden, and a farm flushed with multiple veggies at your disposal for cooking and even raw consumption purposes. The various fruit tree available includes: ackee, mango, starfruit, sweetsop, guava, breadfruit, banana, pineapple and coconut. (when in season)

Supermarkets, restaurants, public transportation and Etc. is literally around the corner from the property.

Honestly we had no complaints at all. Everything was great. The place was immaculate and the area was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Amazing

My sons and I had a wonderful time. The place was very secure and private. We had mango, breadfruit, and ackee then we could ever want. The location of the shops was convenient and easy to get to. We will surely be coming back on our next visit.

Great security!

Was a good quite stay we felt safe with security cameras and an automatic security gate for the yard! We were unbothered and welcomed by the property manager Rohan!!!!

This place is super super amazing

I want to say thank you so much to micheal The house is lovely the the area is so quite ..my self and my family stayed here and we had a great time The beds were comfy cable in all rooms aircon ..welcome bottle of wine a great drive way privacy the list goes on Such a lovely area a great back yard if you love bread fruit like me there is a bread fruit tree in the back yard The shops was so close to the house with a sweet lady who does soup on the high road (her pea soup was amazing ) micheal is a great host always making sure all is ok and hes sweet father I would so put more stars if i could please do not think twice book i will be returning when i go back to jamica Micheal thank you ever so much and please look after my favourite tree😂 And say hi to your dad for me

I really enjoyed my stay.

The property was great! It was safe/ gated with security cameras, Ideal location, easy to get around, plenty of space for what i needed. The orchard in the backyard was a big plus, loved it! Two reasons why I didn't give a five is because I had to do some cleaning in both bathroom/ kitchen before I settled in. Also there was frequent issues with not having water. Besides that, I still recommend the place to families and friends and would definitely stay there again if they'd have me.

Fabulous

I enjoyed my stayed. Rohan is such a sweetheart. The accommodation good there were a few changes that enhances the property even more. I enjoyed the fruits this time. Oh the breadfruit is my favourite. I am definately making another trip there in the future I would recommend it to any one ; i like the property because it is clean ;safe convienent and the host is fab. Sandra H London

Very private, and a stone throw away from all the shops.

Very nice place value for money clean and secure environment ‘ perfect for families would stay there again. And next time will have to cook a few of those breadfruit at the back, truly a lovely home.

The property was clean and tidy well kept.

The property was beautiful and clean, We really enjoyed our stay. Rohan the host was friendly and nice. The home is really nice especially the farm area with lots of fruits and vegetables. Parking space was very useful and we felt safe and secured. Location was perfect.

Amazing! No complaints!

I have nothing bad to say! 3 of us stayed in the home. (2female, 1male). Communication was very prompt. Any questions I had before arrival was taken care of right away. No long waiting for a response. Check in was a breeze and accommodating because our flights arrived super early. Place was very clean and neat. Backyard garden and fruit trees amazing. Washer available and hang clothes to dry. Very welcoming! The drive from the airport was about 20-30min (airport in Kingston). Rohan was our point of contact and he was amazing. Always available. Gave us tips on where to buy things, knew an awesome driver to bring us around town when we needed it. Best HomeAway experience so far. They honestly felt like family and I would definitely stay there again when I return to JA. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality!

Wonderful experience

I fell in love with the pictures while browsing for somewhere to stay in Kingston for vacation with my friends. The place is beautiful and as pictured checking in and out was a breeze. Michaels' brother, Rohan, who is your point of contact while there was wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process! My friends and enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back for our future visits. A big thank you to Michael and Rohan for making this a wonderful vacation with friends.

I currently live in Brooklyn NY, but relish any opportunity to travel to Jamaica. Likewise, I hope you enjoy your stay in Jamaica at my humble abode.
