Pictures were alittle deceiving was expecting alittle more from place didn’t look like the pictures. Also had issues with toilet and had to go a day with issue and Internet issues. Real friendly owner but wish is was easier getting in contact with someone as their is no front desk service at property and have to wait on owner to send someone to fix issues or for extra towels etc. could of been better.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Daytona Beach, for the Daytona 500! The ocean view alone is worth it — waking up to the sunrise over the water through the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows was unforgettable. The space is bright, clean, and beautifully updated with newer appliances that made everything feel modern and convenient.The two large queen beds were extremely comfortable, and the 50” smart TV was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The oversized lanai overlooking the ocean quickly became our favorite spot — whether it was morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the views were incredible.The amenities truly set this place apart, with both an oceanside pool and an indoor pool, giving you the best of both worlds no matter the weather.The bathroom felt luxurious, and the shower pressure was fantastic — exactly what you want after a long day in the sun and sand.The dining area is quaint yet surprisingly roomy, making it easy to enjoy meals together comfortably. Overall, this condo offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, with ample parking and beachfront charm. We can’t wait to come back!

2nd time staying in daytona, 5 of us booked this place. Two in our party went to a different hotel halfway through because of the conditions. Aside from the lack of basic necessities, which I had to call and request mire of for the 5 of us, the room was filthy. The lock on the door felt like it was barely holding the door shut, black mildew all along the tub caulking, zero water pressure in shower, half of a used tp roll on the back of toilet and one spare roll, hardly any silverware, only 4 towels, no extra trash bags and one tiny garbage can, no scrub brush for dishes, just a magic eraser, light coming in under the door and the door did nothing to keep sound out. We couldnt lock the patio door, there was a broken shower rod used to hold it shut, but being broken, it did no good. We couldnt find an office. The host was quick to reply. I would not stay here again or recommend.

All in all it is a great little place to stay, was not disappointed. We are not ones to hang out in the room all day so this place was perfect for us. If you are the type that spends your vacation in your hotel room a majority of the time, then this might not be for you. We was in daytona for the baseball and the beach and this place was conveniently located to both and the price was unbeatable.

Family Getaway

We have a family of 5 (one special needs/handicap). The building was mostly accessible. Thank goodness for more than 1 elevator! There was no ramp to the beach, like other hotels/resorts/condos. We usually desire a bigger room, but with not spending much time in it, we made it work!

instructions provided to unlock the entry door but not to lock, first impression the door was dirty. Dishes were dirtyDoor wall latch and lock was broken, on third floor so not a big issue.Bathroom toilet paper holder was broke off the wallTub was very slippery and shower head leaks with water shooting up the wall so not much water pressure.we would stay here agin but not with this owner or this unit.

In the end you get what you pay for. There was pros & cons of this unit. It was affordable for a last minute girls weekend trip for an event. The two double beds were clean and mostly comfortable. The two roll out beds were absolutely made for children, not adults. There was also only enough extra blankets for one of the two pull out beds. Thankfully we only needed one of the pull/roll out beds. The shower was hot but very minimal water pressure and a cloth shower curtain with mold on the bottom. The patio did have a good view of the ocean and made the room feel bigger being able to sit out there. The fridge, microwave, and dishes were a plus and made it easier than eating out every meal. We did not have time to use the pools although we seen others use them and they looked clean and inviting to use. Bring your own towels to shower with as the 4 towels provided were very thin and we felt like just having a few more of the necessary items such as bath towels, an blankets would have made the stay much more comfortable. All in all check in, parking and location was great and it made our trip for the event easier staying right down on the beach. Great for a 1-3 night stay in my opinion.
