House Rules: Important Information for Your Stay
Please carefully review the following house rules. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
* Violation penalty: $350 fine

Guest Limit & Use
The property is for private residential use by the number of guests specified in your reservation. Additional overnight guests are not allowed unless agreed to in writing by the owner.
* Excessive noise or activities that could disturb neighbors or invalidate insurance policies are prohibited. If the police are called for any disturbance, the reservation will be immediately terminated, and your security deposit will be forfeited.

Damage Policy
* Any damage to the property will incur a minimum fine of $500, with additional charges for more extensive damage.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
* Early check-in is available with prior notice for a fee of $175.
* Due to high demand, late check-out cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare for the next guest.

Pack and Play/High Chair Availability
* If you require a pack and play or high chair, please inquire at the time of booking, and we will confirm availability before your arrival.
