PARKING:
There is a parking area on the side of the house that comfortable fits two vehicles. Unfortunately there is no parking on the immediate street, but plenty of free street on the streets surrounding.

ENTRANCE:
The entrance is in the back of the home. Guests can enter through the gate adjacent to the parking area and through back door on top of the deck.

SHARED SPACES:
We have a longterm tenant living downstairs so you might hear them from time to time, but the noise level is minimal. They have a separate entrance from yours that is also in the back of the house, so you might see them at times if at all.

RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: After booking, we will ask you to sign a rental agreement that includes the house rules and approval for a security pre-auth hold of $350 that will be released on your card pending any damages to the property.
