Charming Bungalow Manhattan

This LOVELY 1910's built bungalow gives you the old-time charm but with the beauty of a completely remodeled home. The brick chimney flue, reclaimed sliding door, & the original archways will etch their way into your hearts as a must-stay when you are in Manhattan.

This home, managed by Willow & Ruth, provides you the privacy you desire, a view of Manhattan Hill, Goodnow Park, and is less than a mile from downtown, Aggieville, restaurants, shopping, and the Kansas State campus. The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night.

The Space Exterior:
- Safe neighborhood
- Front porch
- Keyless entry with personalized code
- Close proximity to restaurants/fast food

The Home:
- Fully equipped + stocked kitchen with coffee maker, spices, and all needed cooking/baking utensils.
- On-site washer + dryer, with laundry pods and iron.
- HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Fire TV, Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+.
- 1 full bathroom that has all the toiletries you'll need; Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Q-tips.
- 2 bedrooms; including 1 king, 1 queen, with charging ports next to bed and plenty of clothing space.
- Fresh sheets and extra towels included, along with extra blankets in each room.

- No more than 5 guests permitted per stay

Very comfy home. Wonderful location--across the street from a favorite restaurant of our local son's. Parking behind the house made it easy to unload and load our vehicle. The host kindly let us add an extra night for a nominal amount so our out-of-town son could stay a day longer. Would definitely book again for our next visit.

We had a nice stay. For those who like sleeping with a fan, there's not a ceiling fan or anything in the bedrooms. There was a box fan in the closet. For those traveling with their dog, there's a little space in the open closet decorated with dog images along with some things that looked like it could be used for your dog while staying there. During our stay it rained & some of the driveway got muddy to drive & walk on. When going in & out of the alley off 4th, prepare for it to be a little rough. It was also cool out while we were there & there was no storm window on the back door. If you're one that wants all windows covered, the front door has small windows on the upper part without a curtain. The overall look inside was clean & modern. We enjoyed our stay!

Friend and I went on a golf trip. It was a great location near many restaurants and very easy to get to where we were going. The bungalow had all the supplies we needed and the accommodations made it a great place for two people to stay and have a great time. The beds were very comfortable which helped us older guys recover to golf multiple days. Awesome place and I would do it again.

Property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Found it odd that I couldn't get address until day before particularly when traveling for two days to get there. Also found communications almost expecting me to either stay too late or have a party, just came across as unpleasant to me.

Comfy and clean

Property was clean and comfortable! I was in town for my dog's surgery at KSU, location was close to the facility and provided a great spot for us to stay in preparation. Will book again!!
