House Rules:



* Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise shall not unnecessarily disturb neighbors.

* Audible sound beyond property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would otherwise be associated with a residential area

* Maximum 6 guests - weddings or group gatherings are NOT allowed at this property.

* No Gatherings other than registered guests are allowed

* Smoking is not allowed in the house or lanai or the Property.

* Pets are not allowed

* Vehicles shall be parked in designated on site parking - or on street above the house by the hedge and path to the front door only
