L'espace est au niveau du sol ses environ 600 pieds carrés. La meilleure partie est sa juste à cÎté de la piscine creusée. La piscine est de 4 à 9 pieds de profondeur avec un coin salon. Au rez-de-chaussée, kitchenette, siÚges pour 6-8 personnes, petite table à manger, TV à écran plat, sofa sectionnel et salle de bain complÚte.
La chambre à l'étage inférieur est d'environ 600 pieds carrés. Dans la chambre à coucher, vous trouverez deux lits en mousse à mémoire de forme queen avec des draps haut de gamme.


Nous n'autorisons pas les personnes extérieures aux personnes ayant fait la réservation à venir à la propriété.

Very family friendly place. The outdoor theater is excellent. The pool was great and the small splash pad corner was wonderful for our little grand daughter. The living quarters were also very comfortable and clean. The hosts were great.

Perfect staycation!

The property was lovely, clean and easily accessible with parking. The amenities were amazing and the host adds a lot of personal touch to the stay. The location was great making a short drive to the beach, we chose Lido. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Perfect for what we needed

We stayed at Jess' place as a hub for visiting family on Long Island and for going into Manhattan for day-trips. The place was nice, clean and easy to access, and we slept wonderfully on the comfy mattresses. We would definitely recommend Jess' place for a stay.

Very nice vacation

We had a very nice stay. Everything was fine, the hosts were very nice and attentive. The environment is quiet. You can get to Manhattan by train and the beach is not far by car. We even saw dolphins and whales while walking on the beach. Thanks for a great stay and the tips.

There are vrbos and then there are VRBOS. This is a VRBO. Definitely in the top 5 of places we’ve stayed.Jess is a WONDERFUL host. She met us outside when we arrived and gave us a grand tour of the property. She had the heat turned on before we arrived (it was cold - we were expecting a nor’easter), showed us how the TV worked and told us to contact her with any concerns. Later in the stay, she even offered us a pumpkin carving kit as an activity for the family.The property is spectacular! Well-designed (thanks to Jess with all her little touches), great space, beautifully landscaped with a great outdoor entertainment space. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for our trip, but we knew in advance that might be a concern. Regardless, there’s plenty to do in the area - a mall about 1/2 hour away, historic Jones Beach, etc. We were there for Storybook Experiences and everything else was just icing on the cake.Our time at the property was wonderful - beautifully decorated for Halloween. The way we were treated, we didn’t feel like clients - we really felt like family. Reason enough why this VRBO stands head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you, Jess, from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to return in the future!
