The property itself is absolutely gorgeous plenty of room for everyone although the lack of options for parking may be a problem for others aswell when getting friends and family with such a large space parking aside i myself would absolutely book this vrbo again

We had an amazing time vacation in the Green Vacation Mountain Chalet! This place has everything you need for a perfect ski getaway. The owner, who lives on the lower floor, is super attentive and responsive - any question or need is taken care of immediately. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware, making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals. The ski-out is a total bonus! You can hit the slopes right from the house. As for ski in - take a quick shuttle from the village, or just walk mostly downhill from silver queen lift. The house and the resort itself is very cozy - it's like stepping into a fairytale. Highly recommend this gem for your next mountain escape!

Greatest stay at Silver Star

We had a magical 4 days at the Green Vacation Mountain Chalet. We were 4 adults and 5 kids ages 4-8. Easy access to the ski lifts from this property. Lots to do at Silver Star, even for non-skiers. We would definately stay at this property again.

Wonderful property, perfect for larger groups and families. My only criticism is the Lily room is not a proper bedroom and should be furnished with either 2 singles or a queen bed.

Large house in a convenient location

We had 14 people stay in the house and it was comfortable. A good-sized kitchen, enough room for everyone to sit in the living/dining room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Very easy ski out from the neighbour's driveway -- 'ski in' route is very flat so a bit of a slog to get back, but the Knoll shuttle bus is very convenient. It's a short drive down to the village to drop off for ski school.

We had our entertainment so didn’t care the village was basically closed. Nice that we each had our own bed and mostly our own room. And there was 8 of us. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Lots of room for all of us to sit around. Only down side was we were cold in the living area .

As advertised

Awesome spot. Well appointed and maintained with easy access to the ski hills. Perfect for our group of 9 guys. Owner was extremely easy and cooperative to deal with Only complaint (and its minor) is the hot tub needs to be upgraded to something a little larger our rating is a solid 4.75/5 Would certainly come back!!

Ample room and beautiful views!

The house was great - well stocked kitchen, lots of room and great views. The only drawback I’d say is that it was advertised as ski-in/ski-out and it is definitely NOT ski-in. Skiing out is no problem but to get back you either have to take the shuttle or hike 10 minutes up the hill from the top of the Silver Queen chair. So if being able to ski home at the end of the day is a must, this place isn’t for you.

Large well equipped Vacation home

We had a wonderful one month stay at Green Mountain Vacation Chalet. This home was perfect for our large family group to enjoy our much anticipated overseas ski holiday. The large master bedroom was spacious with a massive ensuite bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms were ideal for the other adult couples in our group. The bunk room was well suited to the smaller members of the family and the last room upstairs was suitable for a teenager. The kitchen was very well equipped and great for us as we enjoy cooking and eating at home as a family most evenings. The ski out location of the home was well appreciated and the resort shuttle to bring us home arrived on a regular basis and was easy to use. Silverstar mountain was a fantastic resort for a great family vacation.

Large Group Destination Skiing

This is a very clean 7 bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen and lots of room for seating. Full fridge and stand up freezer. Excellent entry way with storage for skis. 4 bathrooms. Sauna in the garage. BBQ on the balcony. On the down side the hot tub is on the small side and it is not possible to ski in to the property but there is a free shuttle available from the village. Overall we had a good time here with no problems. Great communication from the property managers.

Excellent communication from rental company, seamless check in/out. Fantastic home! Extremely clean. Very nicely furnished, lots of seating for large groups . Really nicely appointed bedrooms with Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked for dining in , has all the utensils and cookware you would ever need for a stay! Good Hot tub fits 4. Lots of storage for ski equipment. Backyard On ski out, would be awesome to rent during ski season. Good parking for 4-5 vehicles. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Excellent place for family reunion.

We had a wonderful time! The chalet was perfect for a family reunion of 10 adults and four children. Each couple had a spacious bedroom with their own bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for making meals, and everything you need. Two fridges. There are spacious places for lounging and hanging out, including the deck with BBQ and hot tub. The mountain setting was beautiful and peaceful. We weren't aware of anyone around us, but felt we were in the woods by ourselves. Fun things to do in the area: cruise Silver Star town and ride the gondola, Davison Orchards is a great family place, Kalamalka Beach. Highly recommended!

Excellent summer stay!

Great place to stay in the summer, lots of room (we had 13 adults), well equipped kitchen with abundant counter space. The property is shared with a permanent rental that is in the basement. That tenant was excessively loud the one night after the quiet hours and kept our lower level guests awake (tried knocking on their door, but there was no answer). Other than that one incident or stay was fantastic.

We, 14 ladies ,were so happy with our rental experience. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The owner responded immediately to our very small concern and was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Excellent family home

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful home; for a family wedding. It was ideal for all the space for family get together's. Everything was as it was described (other than one room, I didn't understand the configuration). Overall, kitchen was wonderful and the deck was beautiuful to use. Would recommend this house for large family getaways.
