Unfortunately, this was not a positive hosting experience. The guest expressed concerns about the neighbors who live in a private, separate suite with their own entrance. This arrangement was clearly disclosed in the property listing and was also explained to the guest. Despite this, the guest appeared to expect exclusive control and use of the entire property. We did our best to clarify the situation and address his concerns, but the expectations did not align with the property setup. For future stays, we recommend that guests carefully review the listing details to ensure the property and shared arrangements meet their expectations.

Good space, clean home. Has the majority of the cooking essentials. Fridge wasn’t working as cold as it should be but the owner was responsive in monitoring it. Should be fixed or replaced though. Overall good stay

Place was clean, definitely needs mirrors in the bedrooms since there is only 1 bathroom. Needs a kettle for hot water and yes there is a Keurig but it really needs a coffee maker or at least a french press. A better shower curtain. Sheets in the bedroom by the bathroom kept coming off in the night. Possibly a new rug in the living room. It was a good stay just a few things we noticed.

Our stay was perfect. Location was great, the house was very nice, clean, spacious and quiet. I had read all the other reviews and would like to update that we had no trouble with fridge, it is brand new. Thepatio door opens easily. The house was clean. Lots of towels for bathroom and kitchen. Fantastic water pressure and no shortage of hot water. Plenty of cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. As mentioned in other reviews, well equipped kitchen with all of the basics (toaster, Keurig, pots, pans, blender) Lovely patio with a table, seating for 6 and a bbq. And a spacious clean yard. Overall, my family of 6 was very happy with our stay and the price was very reasonable. Host was also responsive when I contacted them with questions. We had messaged the night before our arrival and received check in instructions.

Will stay again!

This house was perfect for our stay. Beautiful 3 bedroom, in a new, safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by amazing walking paths and close to groceries store, shops and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again!

Was a decent place for what we needed it for. The place was dirty!! Cobwebs in the corners & on the chandeliers. Filthy under the beds. The patio door need adjusting can barely open it. I understand the snow has just melted but the back yard was full of dog poop. We did like the fenced back yard for our dog. Needs some dish & face cloths. Had great playgrounds for the grand kids down the street. This place needs some TLC.

Yassah was very generous as she let us stay in her home while she was out of province. The first month at regular rate. We had just sold our house, it sold very quickly so we were very happy she agreed to a contract under Vrbo to let us stay for 3000.00 a month until the end of May so we could find another home. She agreed to 75 extra for her garage for our storage. While we we moved the storage in the truck bumped the eavestrough and damaged it. We reported that to her neighbour who we were supposed to contact if we needed to report anything or needed help

The house was wonderful, we had 5 in their 70-88 and the dining furniture was difficult for the older ones to utilize as it was the modern higher stools. The deck was great as was the back yard. The area was very quiet and the house was easy to find. Highly recommend for a younger group

Fine stay

The property was clean and well-suited to our needs. We found the price very reasonable. A few essentials were missing, such as extra soap and toilet paper, as well as kitchen towels, but we didn't spend a lot of time there other than sleeping so we managed. Host was responsive and helpful when we had problems with the lock.

A great place to escape while renos were being done. Host sends check in information the morning of check in, as a Vrbo newbie I did reach out. Hot water went out Wednesday morning, the host replied right away, took about 4 hours to get it back after notifying.

The home is new and nicely appointed! Mattresses and pillows and bedding were all comfortable. We had five adults in the house for three days and so the ONE bathroom is a bit inadequate for the number of people who can be housed there. Must have a car because this house is in a new suburb and not walkable to attractions or restaurants. But there is a service area nearby with grocery, pharmacy, fast food that is really handy if you have a car. Overall nice stay - and good value for the money. Thanks.

Property was great for the 3 of us but not fully stocked. There was no toilet paper, only one facecloth, no dish towels or dish rags. We mentioned this and got toilet paper within the hour but not the other things. Beds were comfortable, nice deck to sit outside, nice kitchen.

Lovely Home, Some Water Issues

The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—really a great space to relax in. Unfortunately, we had issues with the water during our stay, including no hot water and it being turned off at one point. Communication with the owner was okay, though sometimes slow or unresponsive. Overall, we loved the home itself, but the water situation was a drawback.

Could have been a five star

Tha AC quit working the second day. I sent a message to landlord but didn’t get a response. We had no hot water the second evening. We called the landlord in the morning and they sent someone out within 20 min to reset the hot water tank. But we were all ready to leave before we got hot water. Had the AC and hot water not been an issue, this would have been 5 star all the way.
