Hi Adrianna, I take guest feedback seriously, which is why I went to the cabin myself after your stay to inspect the issues you mentioned. There is no pink mold in the downstairs shower, and I confirmed with my cleaning crew — who are trained to handle these types of things — that they saw nothing either. I also checked for spiderwebs and found a couple outside on the porch light, which I took care of immediately. Regarding the dog hair, please remember that this is a pet-friendly cabin. While we always clean thoroughly, the occasional pet hair is to be expected. What’s especially disappointing is that I gave you a generous discount when you asked to extend your stay — and instead of raising any of these concerns with me directly while you were still there (when I could’ve actually addressed them), you chose to leave a misleading review. I take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space for all my guests — and this review does not reflect the reality of the cabin or the effort I put into your stay.
