Lake View - Gorgeous Lake Travis Island Condo!!!

Condo is located on the quite side of the island, and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view of the main body of Lake Travis, overlooking the gorgeous landscape of Pace Bend park. It is fully furnished, with the space designed to accommodate up to 4, with a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy access to free covered parking, pools and hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness center, spa and massage services, restaurants, tennis, picnic/grill spots, great quality golf course, wineries, marina, biking/hiking trails, etc. Boat slip is also available on request for additional cost of $50 per night.

The Island on Lake Travis is a breathtaking beautiful, serene, and luxurious villa in Lago Vista, TX. It is a perfect getaway for relaxation, watercrafts/leisure, adventure, honeymoon, events, etc. It is very safe, with friendly residents.

Lago Vista is nestled in the gorgeous Texas hill country. You will love its sub Mediterranean-like environment, with surrounding attractions including amazing parks & campsites ( Arrowhead point park, Arkansas Bend park, Balcones Canyon lands National Wildlife Refuge, etc.), hiking trails, golf courses, wineries, marinas/water crafting, etc.

You'll have easy access to Round Rock, Cedar Park, Austin ( ~36 miles), etc - all bigger cities with an outstanding array of shopping, entertainment, etc. Marble Falls is only ~33 miles away, and is a beautiful and scenic drive through several parks and reserves.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!

2. We operate a "no-contact" check-in process, therefore, will require a security/damage deposit of $250 prior to your arrival. Security/damage deposits are automatically refunded within 7 business days after your stay.

3. Also, note that pictures may not reflect most current lake levels considering adverse weather conditions.

Wonderful place to spend our 1st wedding anniversary! We loved how beautiful the property is and the views from our balcony and many of the common areas. The property was very quiet and everyone there was friendly. We will definitely be back!

Cozy Condo on Lake Travis

This was a great condo on Lake Travis. We loved how quiet it was, and the spa was just down the elevator which made for a relaxing stay! The check in process was easy and directions to the property/parking were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing View

The location was good except we were by the restaurant and it was a bit noise, but afterwards it was amazing except the indoor pool was not in service which I was looking forward too. Overall, it was very peace and relaxing especially encountering so many deers. I would book again!

ISLAND ON LAKE TRAVIS

A beautiful vacation complex. Such a gorgeous view from our balcony. Very relaxing place with 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, disc golf - no need to go anywhere else.

Highly recommend

The decor and layout is great! My mom and I will be back again next year. I especially loved the view from patio. The bed is comfortable but firm (not in bad way). I had no issues sleeping. The shower is unusually small but we made it work. And there is a tub if you prefer. My only complaint is the couch. It is broken and not a comfy spot to chill. I let the owner know so they can get it repaired. We will back next year for sure.

Nice View

One reason we booked this place was for the view from the balcony. It was beautiful and quite peaceful, especially at night. The place was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. Communication with the hosts was easy and they gave great recommendations.

Amazing spa

Grounds were beautiful. Indoor pool was out of commission but 2 outdoor pools were nice and relatively clean. Condo was a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. Vida Waters spa was incredible. We had a couples masssge and each had facials. Absolutely a must! Well worth the price. It was the best part of our whole stay.

Perfect condo

Had a great time at the condo. It’s efficient, tidy, and has a lovely lake view. The owner and property manager are easy to reach and make check-in and out very easy. This is the second time we have rented from this owner (but different condo, same complex) and have been pleased both times. Highly recommend.

Visiting family

We arrived after 8pm and left by 10 am the next morning. We needed a place to stay as we were visiting family for Thanksgiving. Easy check in and great communication, but there were tiny roaches all over the ceiling in the bedroom that we saw after we had gotten into bed. That didn’t make for a great nights sleep. Also, the remote in the living room had no batteries, so we couldn’t use the tv.

Lago Vista getaway

We had a very relaxing weekend. I loved our view from the balcony! Next time I’ll go in the Spring or Summer so I can enjoy it more. It was nice seeing deer everywhere. We went to a wonderful little winery called Flat Creek. It was recommended by our host. It was fabulous with delicious pizza, salad and wine. The view was gorgeous, and the staff were so friendly!

What a FIND!!

Incredible place to get away from busyness of life. The view was WELL worth the cost, but cost is extremely reasonable to be honest. Relaxing on the patio was a favorite. It overlooks the courtyard and lake. Great relaxing vibes! As far as room itself, it was clean enough. Just small things weren’t taken care of- but we’re not too picky. Coffee pot was dirty. Some coffee mugs weren’t washed thoroughly. May need to bring your own filters for 4 cup pot. The filters that are there are too big for the pot, which causes the filter to collapse and grounds are able to get into your coffee. The 5 cup coffee pot sits in top cabinet, but it’s broken. Towels had an interesting smell. Other than those super small things, it was fully stocked and cool. Everything appeared as pictured in advertising. WiFi discrepancy from automated message on app vs the info book in room. Book is correct. Pool was often nearly empty. Communication with owners was fantastic. Directions super clear!! Very kind people and responsive. We will 💯 be back! Highly, highly recommend! Again… can’t stress how beautiful the view is.

Lovely Lakeside Condo

Elegant decor and charming balcony overlooking the lake make this condo a rare find. The Island condo complex is a world unto itself, with courtyards, waterfalls, walkways, pools and friendly people. Great vacation for the whole family!

emails were sent good instructions. it is very outdated in the condo. The Wi-Fi is horrible it took three hours before it began to work and the owner had to come in and help. Condo was very clean had a nice view

End of Spring Break

My 8 y.o. princess and I stayed at the property. It was perfect for her end of Spring Break weekend. Everything was so close. We fit mani/pedis. Ate at the onsite restaurant right around the corner on our floor. Watched the sunset and enjoyed live music and beautiful scenery. The condo was very nice and accommodating. We plan to come again. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful Sunsets Right From Balcony

Enjoyed our time at this complex. Property was as described. A bit smaller than expected, based on photos, and would have preferred in unit laundry but shared laundry room was great to have. Would stay at this resort again.

Oh the Dear. Beautiful and comfortable

We had a short trip away and Lake Travis was the perfect distance from DFW. The hill country is beautiful and refreshing to get away from the flat Texas environment. We had a really small issue with getting into the front gate, a typo on the email created a bit of confusion that was remedied quickly. Oh the Dear, there are a couple families of deer that seem to call this place home. They seem very domesticated almost like larger dogs letting you approach them and take pictures. The condo is clean and very well maintained, not new or as immaculate as some others that we have stayed in but very well taken care of. We didn't realize that it would be so far to some of the local hiking trails. Being on the north east side of the lake we had to drive around to the south side to go to some of the better rated trails. There is a good truck lot not to far which had great food and your about a 25 minute drive to cedar park for some urban life if you desire. That drive is so fun if you choose the alternate route on Google maps.

Amazing

I had such a great time staying here. The condo was extremely clean and it exceeded my expectations. I wish I would have stayed a little longer so that I could have gone to the lake but spending a day at the pool was just what I needed. I appreciated the book that stated where places to eat were and about different things you could do. If I come back to Texas, I would love to stay here again.
