Great place, great location and we really enjoyed the stay. The 51 Brewery has the best pizza and beer and you can just walk a block and 1/2 to get there. Easy access to both Iron Mountain, Kingsford and beautiful back road access to Spread Eagle and Pine Mountain. Thanks again Ross, we will be back!. Lori and Roy

This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional. It won't suit your needs if you're looking for a dining room table. The steps going to the second story are short and somewhat steep, which is normal for these older homes. These are not complaints, I'm just adding these details so you understand when you're considering this house. I love the big shower stall, and the yard, garage and the home are well maintained.We lived comfortably in this home over the weekend and it worked perfectly for us. The TV would start buffering at night, I just unplugged it and waited several seconds to plug back in. This seemed to reset it and stop the buffering. I'm adding this property to my favorites.

Front steps & railing are not steady and I fell and badly hurt my knee.Only 1 door to go out ....fire hazard... No smoke alarms. 2nd door with sturdier steps and railing goes to a locked door because it goes to basement.The bar is too small to eat at, you can't eat in the kitchen because the 4 bar stools are too tall for dining table. Steps to upstairs is very steep(and after I fell and hurt my knee I had a hard time)back upstairs bedroom missing screen. No shade or curtian on front bedroon window. The 2 beds are only fulls so not good for large couples.3 season room not all windows open and some of the cranking hardware is not attached.Refrigerator has a nonworking icecube maker. Though I loved the stove. The television is nice. The bathroom is nice. Nice hot water. Garage is nice. Firepit is really nice but bring your own outdoor chairs. Very friendly deer.Very small place maybe good for a couple.
