Este alquiler de la playa de Hilton Head se encuentra en la segunda planta que proporciona una vista al mar ya la piscina directa. La sala de estar recién decorada cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana grande y tiene acceso a un balcón privado que ofrece vistas al océano y a la piscina comunitaria. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito, y está totalmente equipada. El comedor ofrece asientos para seis personas y acceso a un balcón privado. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, pisos de baldosas nuevas en todo el televisor de pantalla plana y acceso a su balcón privado. El baño principal en suite incluye una gran bañera hundida y una ducha a ras de suelo. En el otro lado de la villa se encuentra el dormitorio de invitados con una cama tamaño Queen, pisos de baldosas nuevos y un televisor de pantalla plana. El cuarto de baño para invitados tiene ducha a ras de suelo de azulejos. ¡Relájate y relájate con el océano Atlántico a la vista!

Review of our stay

Overall very good stay. Two items which were not show stoppers: 1. Couldn’t get WiFi to work with provided credentials and router reboot. 2. We received a code for the door via the online portal and another code from the front desk when we checked in. Both codes worked to open the door which made us a little concerned if codes were not changed when people left and could still get into the room.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location and had a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking our wine watching the turtles in the pond and watching the beautiful skies. My only negative comment about the place, was that both bathrooms (mainly the showers) need an upgrade. The 2nd bathroom was so small and was leaking water on the floor. Other than that, we would stay there again if they fixed the showers.

Great location but disappointed accommodations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs some attention. We arrived to a front cracked window. The showers were out dated and the second bathroom had a shower smaller than a phone booth. The towel bar was broken. Our smoke alarm went off and when we called the office nobody ever returned our call. Walls had paint cups all over. Pillows were flat and smelled old. The closet light would not turn off because the doors were old and not on track. For the record , I have stayed in many Palmetto Dunes condos and I have NEVER complained. We will not rent this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1202 Villamare I has a lovely location but unfortunately needs a better equipped kitchen, newer guest room shower. The shower is very small and leaks water onto the floor each time it is used. The towel bars fell off of the wall in the guest shower room. The screen door to the balcony is off the track and couldn’t be moved even after maintenance was called.

A pleasant getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the only negatives are the need for both walk-in showers to be updated. The shower in the 2nd bedroom leaks out into the BR floor. Besides having to keep a soggy towel in the floor, this could cause further problems if not repaired. Both this problem as well as the lack of an operating sliding door screen on door going out to patio, should be repaired ASAP. The request for said repairs has already been pointed out in review by prior guests the week before us. It looks like this unit will be vacant for the next two weeks which would be the perfect time to make repairs. We would probably pass on renting 1202 in its current condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful resort that sits on the beach. Lots of trees surround the long drive into the Dunes. The beach stretching for miles and is not a busy beach. Our condo at Villamare was perfect for watching the ocean. It looked over the pool but that wasn't a distraction from seeing the ocean. Everything was very clean and nicely laid out. The condo was well stocked, comfortable beds and plenty of room. The shower and toilet room is small but workable. Everything was in great shape and very little noise from other condos. This condo is on second floor which was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent experience for our week at Palmetto Dunes 1202 Villamare. Unit was clean, bright, good location, view. Well-equipped kitchen and we cooked in several nights. The only maintenance issue was the sliding screen doors stuck and came off track a couple of times. This was not an issue for us. Activities we did, swam and biked everyday, enjoyed the beach, ran the beach, enjoyed the Dunes restaurant, Redfish, Charlie's Etoile Verte, Ela's, Sea Grass Grille. I would highly recommend. Good customer service. Any question I had was answered in a timely manner.
