Step up to the most beautiful views from this one bedroom condo's private deck. Just 2.9 mi from downtown Blowing Rock, On the Rocks is a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, and Appalachian State. Perfect for couples or a small family, this condo offers a bedroom with king bed, full kitchen, private bath, and sleeper sofa. Other conveniences include a gas fireplace, Golden Tee arcade, automatic shades, and unlimited wifi.

Located directly off of 321, the convenience of the views at On the Rocks can’t be beat!

Just five minutes to downtown Blowing Rock, ten to Tweetsie, and fifteen minutes to downtown Boone, you’re a short drive to many of the area’s amazing attractions. It truly is a retreat to enjoy between your mountain adventures!

The door to the unit is on the main level in the middle of the building. Walk into the welcoming entry with closet and take the stairs up to the kitchen, living, balcony, bedroom and bathroom! Everything is located on the same level.

Myself and my fiancé had a great stay. The location is great with amazing views, the cabin was very nice and cozy. Was a huge plus we got to bring our dog along as well. We will definitely be staying again in the summer time.

Property had gorgeous views and while compact, was plenty of space for two people and a dog. The kitchen/living area was cozy and comfortable and the deck was great for coffee in the morning and enjoying a drink in the evening. One nice thing is that while it is a condo, it's the only penthouse in the complex, so there are no decks next to this one--you can see other condo roofs below but it feels very private.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Josh's place! It was easy to check-in, located conveniently near Blowing Rock and not too far from other areas we traveled too, including Boone and Banner Elk for day trips, and was perfect for my fiance and I for a quick weekend getaway. The view is incredible and we would love to stay again soon!

Very close to Blowing Rock (5 minutes) and Boone (15 minutes).Great views from living room and balcony.If you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in, bring headphones, as you are right next to highway 321. The semi trucks trying to get up the mountain sound like helicopters hovering overhead.

Liked the property as they allowed dogs, but could have provided poopy bags and waste container. We brought some. Liked the view, deck, the fireplace, but could have been more bath linens. Other than that is was very nice.
