About this property
Escape from the Winter Blues
Enjoy our home in Sun City Center during the winter month of November, December, January, February, March, and April. We have accommodations to suit 4 individuals, with two twin beds and a queen sized bed. The Rec Center includes indoor and outdoor pools, golf, full equipped gymnasium and several activities and clubs which will keep you occupied. All of this is included for your seasonal rental.
The house is located less than 40 minutes from the bustling cities of Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. Located in these cities are some of the finest restaurants and beaches in the state.
This is an over 55 year community so one member of the party must be at least 55 years of age. No children are allowed to stay more that 1 week on the premises.NO pets are allowed and smoking is NOT permitted in the house. Photographs are available upon request. A $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required

My wife and I welcome you to our home to spend time away from the cold winter months that occur in the north. Many a party have avoided the harsh winters of ice and snow to spend three months (or more) in our home located in Sun City Center. We are both school teachers and are very conscientious about the appearance of our home.
Why they chose this property
The property is clean and is a ranch style home with no stairs to climb. We are located in a community that has a health center including your membership to enjoy the pool, fitness center, hot tubs, and other amenities that will make your stay a pleasant one.
We have several inexpensive restaurants in the area and plenty of retail stores for your needs.

What makes this property unique
The house also has a lanai (Florida Room) which has a second TV that has Netflix, Prime, and other assorted channels so that a choice of television shows are available. Naturally, we have central air and central heat with a technician on call if there is any emergency.
