Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in North Hollywood, a trendy neighborhood in Los Angeles's San Fernando Valley. This highly desirable area has its own arts district as well as several playhouses. There are plenty of hip boutiques where you can shop for the latest fashions as well as convenient big box stores. It's easy to find a cool North Hollywood bar for a nightcap, and the neighborhood is known for great Mexican food. Although West Hollywood is walkable, most residents rely on cars to get to and from work.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
