Ground floor apartment, well located close to banks, 24hs gas station, Fast food, car distance is 2 minutes and walk about 15 minutes to the sea, very close to the centrinho of the English, super market Angeloni, Brazil wholesaler , choperias, restaurants in order all very close to quiet walking without having to leave by car, the apartment consists of 2 dormitories with double beds one of them suite, in one of the dormitories has a single bunk bed, sleeps 6 people in beds, living room and kitchen combined with all the necessary utensils, with 2 air conditioners, laundry with washing machine, patio with deck area and covered pergolo, parking space for 1 covered car, the location is excellent street behind the 8 ball.

Besides the famous Ingleses Beach, we also have in the region Santinho Beach (3 Km), Canasvieiras (2 Km), Jurerê Internacional (14 Km), and many others.
