Clean & convenient

  • 5 of 5

I could not have asked for a nicer spot with a better price. My four friends and I (all girls, with lots of baggage) fit comfortably. There were towels, a blow up mattress, a Brita filter, and some really helpful maps handy. We felt safe and could navigate to any destination easily from our location. Was hesitant to review only because I'd like to keep this gem my secret for next year!

Fantastic, charming, has everything you need cozy apartment!

  • 5 of 5

First time visiting NOLA during the Jazzfest. Couldn't ask for a better experience with VRBO! This modern, contemporary style apartment has everything that you need. We visited the French Quarter many times during our stay and we walked everywhere. It was a nice 20 minute stroll to the Bourbon street. Trolleys are also very easily accessible 1 block away. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in NOLA!

Fantastic location, super clean and new apartment with lots of space!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed 8 nights and this apartment is a gem! Very nice upscale neighborhood, great for walking, and close enough to walk into the Warehouse district for dinner at Emeril's. Nice and quiet, easy parking, modern kitchen and bath, bright and cheerful, well stocked for cooking or reheating your delicious NOLA leftovers. Mike was super responsive and helpful. Close to public transportation, near Magazine street for great shopping!

Nice, Convenient Place for Our first NOLA Visit

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I just got back from New Orleans late last night and already want to head back for more. Although the appartment is in the Garden District, it is quite close to the Downtown end of it, making it convenient to the Warehouse District with its restaurants and bars and also to the French Quarter. The apartment was on a quiet side street that had us close to everything. We walked over to the shopping on Magazine St.,then through Audobon Park, to the WW II museum, Civil War Museum and Museum of Contemporary Art. There were great resrtaurants only 2-3 blocks away and would recommend the St' Charles Tavern for breakfast and The Irish House (owned by Matt Murphy who was a winner on TV's -Chopped) for lunch or dinner. Voodoo BBQ and Emerill's Delmonico is just a couple of blocks over as well. There are also excellent Japanese, Chinese and italian restaurants on nearby St. Charles Avenue. I had a conference at the Convention center and was able to walk over, although on a rainy morning took a cab that was easy to hail nearby. The streecar stop is only 2 blocks from the apartment and it was a five minuite ride over to the corner of Canal and Bourbon Street. The apartment was clean and we were glad to have a kitchen to make breakfast a couple of mornings and coffee without having to go out. I don't think we would have been as comfortable being in the French Quarter where some of my friends were staying. They talked about not having peace and quiet when they were trying to unwind. We didn't have that problem.

Great Experience!

  • 5 of 5

We came for a weekend getaway. We found the location clean and convenient. The street car was easily accessible on St. Charles for locations that were not within walking distance. We will rent again. Thank you!

Hectic Business Transition

  • 5 of 5

I was recently relocated by my company from Chicago to NOLA and had 3 weeks to move down to NOLA (it was hectic to say the least). I couldn't find an apt. right away and so Mike worked with me and my schedule to arrange a short term corp rental.

In short, Mike was very helpful and went above and beyond when I needed help with something or had a Q. I would reccomend staying here, the location is extremely convinent and the property is very clean / up to date!
