House was great for our needs! We had a group of 8 that came in for a competition, plenty of space for everyone, beds were comfy, kids had room to run & play. We loved the pool, property and sunset views were amazing!

Our experience was good overall. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool were what sold us one the property for our group and for the most part, were as described in the listing. We did have to go purchase an air mattress because the sofa bed in the office is no longer in the home, so we were short one bed. There were plenty of accommodations to make our time in the pool great. We appreciated the towels and accessories readily available.The kitchen was well stocked, but the grill has not been cleaned for a very long time.We were disappointed to find only one dishwashing pod, one extra trash bag, and only three extra rolls of toilet paper for our 11 people for our four nights’ stay. These are necessities that have been provided in every other home we’ve stayed in. Overall we would stay again.

House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were in great shape. Will stay here again if we make our way back to Tulsa.

Golf getaway

Came to Tulsa for a couple days off golf. Eight of us stayed at the property and all were very pleased with accommodations. Great “just out of Tulsa” place to stay.

Our 3 night stay was pretty perfect. We were in the area for a family reunion and some wanted to have more time together; renting this VRBO was a good solution. We had 8 that stayed and a few visitors, all related in some way. Everyone was happy with this house and with the amenities. Comfort beds was a plus

The property was clean, however the listing is not accurate…in fact it is deceitful. It listed several pieces of sleeping furniture in the office and upstairs but when we arrived the host stated that they sold the sleeping furniture a week prior because the home was being sold. The host was not friendly when this was brought to their attention, and actually nonchalant about it. Upon leaving, a table where they should have had one piece of glass fell off due to them cutting a small portion and using it as an add on. One of our guess hurt their foot and had to go to the clinic due to this glass falling off and cutting them. The host only reply was, “ohh no”. Other than that, the environment was quiet and peaceful, the property could use some home improvements on the decking and bathrooms.

Love the house!

This was an awesome place to stay. Property manager is great and super responsive. We had an all adult group so the bedroom config was different but worked out fine. Would definitely book again.

Stayed June 18-21Overall we’re good.Clean, private, plenty space.Listing information needs to update on the website.(Check out time listed as 11am, then the host email me at 10am. Even though, they honor, but it need to be accurate.Hot tub were listed, but it were not available for renters.)We found 2 empty propane tanks, I requested on Thursday afternoon for Friday by noon for our cookout, but were not provided until 6pm, which made us to changed our schedule. It is understood that it may delay, but owner suggested us to go to the store to exchange ourself was not acceptable.Paper towels and toilet paper were very limited. We have to get some from store for ourself.Never get the answer for a couple hours early check in. Yes or No, that all we expected, but no answer at all.Again, overall we’re good.Thank You.Renter.

Property was exactly as listed. We spent most of our evenings outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities for cooking. We were able to grill and cook without issue. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved spending the evenings in the hot tub. The mornings were beautiful with horse views. We ended most of our nights in the theater room. The location is a 10 minute drive to everything.

Beautiful property, but was a bit dirty inside. The light switches in the house are a bit confusing, I tried to open the curtains, and the curtain rod completely fell apart. The post on the bed in the master are not secure and the wheels on the twin beds move around and creek. There were spiders in the house and the slider doors either wouldn’t come out of the wall to close or wouldn’t lock. There was also a light in the fan that seemed a bit suspicious. One corner of the hot tub jets wouldn’t work as well. For what we got it was overall decent, but if some maintenance was done, this would be a place we’d come back too.

This is a gorgeous house that perfectly suited our family event. It is a well appointed and beautifully decorated home with all the amenities you could hope for. The pool area is spacious with the outdoor kitchen area and plenty of seating. The beautiful hardwood floors, furniture, and chef's kitchen make hosting and serving easy. We had all the space that we needed (and more!) to host our large family. Having the horses next door and a front porch view of the sunset topped it all off. We greatly appreciate and will fondly remember our stay here. Thank you for making this a wonderful event for our family!

The home is very family friendly. We enjoyed the outdoors pool area. The Internet didn't work very well. We had some older family members that stayed inside some. On chilly evenings and wanted to watch the TV. Only a few we could get to work. But other than that everything else was wonderful. We would stay there again if we could.

Very family friendly housing definitely designed for entertaining! All bedrooms are upstairs so could be a problem for elderly or disabled. Laundry is upstairs as well - massive living room, plenty of bathrooms. Website makes you feel like you are in countryside but in reality it is like a "ranchette" you have horses, guinea, chickens and farm land on either side - but across the street was 4-5 other homes. One home on the left (across the street) always had 6-8 high dollar vehicles, limo, jeep, etc. always coming/going at all hours of night. Gated and always felt secure. Kitchen on smaller side but fully stocked with dishes/appliances. Even had a small ice machine! Would definitely return. Quick trip to Dollar General or Walmart. Convenient location, lots of construction in town, GPS was constantly rerouting us.
