I will start with the positive and say that the house is very large to accomodate a large group and is in a great location, being only minutes from the village. Views are beautiful! There are plenty of games, books, a pool table, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped.Unfortunately, our arrival was awful- none of the entry codes worked and I had to call the management company several times before reaching someone. We finally were able to enter, but once we got in, the house alarm began blaring and again, it took numerous attempts to reach the management company. Codes we were given were not working and we waited another approximately 30 minutes for the correct code. We had to again call the management company because there weren't any pillows on the beds and the duvet cover on the master bed was worn so badly it was torn. The manager did come and bring us pillows, but showed us there were pillows in the closets. Not sure why we would have to search for pillows?? She came back the next day to replace the comforter, but really just removed the torn cover off the duvet and left us with the insert. One of the dishwashers did not work and the master tub faucet leaked. For what we paid, we were very disappointed in what we encountered. Also, note - we were not aware that the house is for sale and showings were scheduled. We pushed back on this and they cancelled, but it was certainly a nuisance and not something we were comfortable with especially with children in our group.
