Get away from it all and enjoy this beautiful vacation home on a canal in Cape Coral, which offers tranquil views over the water and a perfect combination of comfort and luxury.
Tise Vacation Home is located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and offers a spacious, modern feel with lots of natural light and stylish décor.
Whether you're relaxing by the private pool, enjoying your morning coffee on the patio, or admiring the sunset from the lanai, this home promises a memorable and relaxing stay. The open living and dining area offers the ideal setting for cozy evenings.
The private pool and waterfall spa with comfortable outdoor seating invite you to take a leisurely dip. The electric pool heater ensures pleasant water temperatures even on cooler days. High-speed Internet and Wi-Fi as well as basic Xfinity Xumo programs provide Internet connection and entertainment. Feel free to bring your Roku or Firestick to watch your favorite shows.
A BBQ grill for guest use is available, the gas for it is not included.
In the garage there are 1 -2 parking spaces for small and medium-sized vehicles. Larger and longer vehicles such as SUVs and minivans can be parked on the driveway. Roadside parking is not permitted.
A maximum of 2 personal vehicles are allowed at the house. Electric cars (EV's), campers, trailers, RV's etc at the house are not allowed.
The boat is excluded from rental.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the house. To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment, pets are not allowed during the stay, even by short-term visitors.
Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 people and is included in the rental price.
Parties in the house with guests or visitors who are not registered and approved are not permitted. This accommodation is designed for quiet relaxation and enjoyment. We ask for consideration for the neighborhood.
Visitors or guests who are not part of the original reservation must be registered and approved by name in advance.

This property was well stocked, clean, and beautiful. It's location was perfect for my family. Enough space for privacy and large open spaces for gathering. Property manager was kind and responsive to our questions. Our trip and stay were wonderful.

Once we walked in to this beautiful home we knew it was as perfect for us. Immaculately clean home, beautiful pool and lovely view of canal. The host was amazing to work with and instructed us in every detail.

Wonderful stay!

We have never stayed anywhere as clean as this property! Beautifully decorated; top notch kitchen; friendly neighborhood; lanai and pool were so enjoyable! The weather was gorgeous; the tv was huge. One con-the beds are not good. No king sized in master is almost unheard of. The other two rooms mattresses should be replaced. I would rent here again in a minute, though.

January get away

The home is easy to get to and about an hour from 3 different beaches. We love hearing the waves, gathering shells and soaking up the sun. After walking in the cypress slough or biking it was relaxing to swim in the pool at the house. The floor plan of the home and the large lanai lend itself to having a couple of visitors. The kitchen is well stocked and the large television was great to watch sports or a movie. The owner had a car in the garage and the owner’s boat was on the boat lift. The home was as pictured and very lovely. We enjoyed our stay and the ability to get away from the snow in January back home.

Great place rain or shine

This is the place to be on a sunny day or a rainy day. It was very nice and the pool was always a warm and extremely comfortable. The home has great outdoor living space with a gorgeous view of the canal. It rained quite a bit while we were there but you could sit on the covered porch and relax without a drop of rain coming in. The owners took such great care of the home and the pictures were exactly how it appeared when we were there. We could only stay a week, but next time we hope to stay longer. The care taker Martina and home owners responded to all our needs and that was incredible considering we were in the middle of a hurricane/tropical storm. The area has a lot to offer with restaurants and grocery stores nearby and an easy drive over to Sanibel/Captiva.

Beautiful and Perfect

This villa is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it - spacious rooms, convenient floor plan, beautiful decor, private pool. Everything in there was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful. We are very happy we chose this home for our Florida vacation because it really made our stay there unforgettable.

Wunderbar - Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her

Wir sind in die Villa eingezogen und haben uns sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Alles war perfekt ausgestattet, geschmackvoll dekoriert und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Wenn wir sagen sollen, was uns am besten gefallen hat, dann war es eben "alles". Wohnung, Poolbereich , Bootsteg. Der Service hat auch einen prima Job gemacht. Es war absolut sauber und die Übergabe war informativ und sehr freundlich. Ein Wohnhaus, wo man sich wirklich wohlfĂŒhlen kann und mal vom Alltag abschalten kann.

A home away from home

Wir haben hier mit unseren Kindern einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen dĂŒrfen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich von Beginn an zu erholen. Besonders der Pool, den wir tĂ€glich benutzt haben, ist schön groß. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden es bei einer erneuten Reise nach Cape Coral sofort wieder buchen.

Klasse Urlaub

Wunderbare Tage in Cape Coral. In dem tollen Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und wir fanden alles so vor wie beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr hĂŒbsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterzuempfehlen. Die Einweisung vor Ort und Check Out war in 10 Minuten völlig unkompliziert erledigt. Vor Ort ist ein kleiner Sammelordner mit BroschĂŒren ĂŒber mögliche AktivitĂ€ten, Essen, Parks, etc., sehr hilfreich! Wir hatten einen fantastisch Urlaub und hoffen bald wiederzukommen.

GemĂŒtliches Haus in traumhafter Lage

Great Value for a Wonderful Place to Relax and Enjoy the Warm Florida Climate

We were fortunate enough to rent for two weeks in March. Our only regret was that we could not stay another month or so. He house and grounds are well maintained and beautiful just like the photos. There are many personal touches in the decor and kitchen is much better equipped than any vacation home we have ever rented. We had no problems or failures during our stay. The property manager was very courteous and helpful in corresponding about all of the arrangements and assisting with check in and check out. We made daily use of the beautiful spa and pool and were more than willing to pay for electrical usage. The location is reasonably close to necessary shopping as well as a number of great places to eat. We chose to spend most of our time at the table on the dock or around the pool where the southern exposure comfortable, private and quiet. We are looking forward to arranging a longer stay in the future.

Beautiful home with pool and stunning sunset dock views.

We loved our month's stay and could not have been more pleased with the home. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated throughout, and the lovely pool and professionally landscaped property has a relaxing, tropical feel. There is plenty of room for up to 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any meal. The bridges to the beaches get crowded quickly so go early to avoid traffic. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage, ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und Detail orientiert eingerichtet. Die Betreuung vor, wÀhrend und nach dem Aufenthalt war sehr persönlich und professionell. Deshalb von uns 5 Sterne.

Relaxen und die Seele baumeln lassen

Dieses Feriendomizil bietet durch seine ruhige, am Ende einer Sackgasse befindlichen Lage, seine schöne Einteilung und komfortable Auststattung, die idealen Vorrausetzungen ein paar Wochen komplett abzutauchen. Man kann den tollen Pool und die Chilloutarea am Kanal nutzen, Fische haben etwas durchaus beruhigendes. Auf dem super Gasgrill etwas leckeres zubereiten, oder im stömenden Regen draußen ĂŒberdacht ein Buch lesen oder Spiele spielen, wenn die Kinder mal gerade nicht im Pool sind. Totzdem liegt die Villa Key West zentral zu zahlreichen Ausflugszielen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, wenn man doch mal nicht selbst kochen mag. Unser Fazit zu diesem Haus: unbedingt empfehlenswert, tolle Lage, netter Service, schöne Ferien!

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Kanal. Perfekte Ausstattung

Die Lage ist sehr schön. In einer Nebenstraße sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist super. Der Pool auch schön gross und im hinteren Bereich tief. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet auch einwandfrei. Wlan steht auch rund um die Uhr zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir kommen wieder
