House was perfect for snowmobiling, with the porch being a great place to gear up and the trail/gas stations being located conveniently. Would definitely stay again
Great host and great location. Host was very responsive. Long driveway was key for parking trailer for snowmobiles. Even during a blizzard the driveway was maintained and we never lost power.
House was setup great and very accommodating and setup with everything needed. Host was awesome with communication and questions and with a very quick response. Would definitely book with them again. Being right next to the trail was a huge bonus as well
House was great and comfortable for us. We were hunting most the day but were able to relax in comfort at night. Kitchen was a plus it had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner.

Really joyed staying here. Right across from the trails we had a great experience thank you!!!
My Wife and I were very impressed with everything. From the beginning to the end our stay was a success.Very Clean and spacious with very friendly neighbors. There were plenty of places to walk our dogs. Thanks again we are looking forward to our next visit.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed for two families. We appreciated the large dining room table and upstairs tv room so the kids had a space while the parents chatted on the comfy front porch. We found that the activity in the prison yard across the street added interest and entertainment rather than create a negative element to our stay. We’d love to return someday.
Rhiannon was an incredible host! The space was as more than we imagined. Her communication was amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Newberry!
A group of us rented this to snowmobile in the Newberry area and it is awesome. The trail is perfect right out front. The house is super modern super clean. We had two 23 x 7 enclose snowmobile trailers and there was plenty of parking. The neighbor next-door was also very nice if we wanted to turn around or use his lot for our snowmobiles we will definitely be using this place again.
Perfect lodging for a snowmobile trip. There is a large enclosed front porch, that is perfect for storing your snowmobile gear, an extremely large table That is perfect for eating or socializing. The house is fully stocked with a lot of little extras that make it perfect for cooking. The snowmobile trail is directly across the street, there is a gas station right up the road for fueling your sled. Restaurants and taverns are just a short drive away and there are repair shops if needed to do repairs on your sled. Trail passes and all brands of two cycle oil are available at the Polaris dealer in town. Just a great spot with everything needed just minutes away. I highly recommend it.
