Ski in/out and walking distance to all resort attractions ! Walk to lifts, ski school.... Chateau Whistler Hotel is right next door ! Apres ski and the Mallard Lounge in the Chateau or stroll though the Boutiques. The Upper Village has a great selection of restaurants also . No need to drive !

Cancellation policy: *If you cancel your booking out side of 60 days prior to arrival full refund applies (less credit card fees) *If you cancel your booking with in 45 days, we will refund what we can re book of the dates you booked.( Less credit card fees). *Delayed arrivals : we do not refund for delayed arrivals. *Late reservation payments: Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged. *Changing Reservations: Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation *Excessive Cleaning Costs: Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. *Excessive Noise: This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not. *Garbage Removal : All guests are to remove garbage on days the condo is not serviced or where required. P1 level of complex *House Keeping: Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. *Internet: Glacier Lodge guests enjoy free internet access. Details are in condo, a tech support telephone number is provided. The front desk staff will provide access codes for the network as they do change every couple of weeks *Liability: The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands *Maintenance Emergencies : Please contact our front desk for all questions during your stay *Parking: Parking is underground and secured. Please pay on arrival at front desk Cdn $15 daily, less per day for longer stays. *Resort Information:The Front desk offers information for clients and you will receive information prior to your arrival into Whistler by Whistler Reception Services *Ski & Snowboard Equipment: No equipment is to be stored in the condo. Please use the ski valet at the ski shop, lobby level of Glacier Lodge *Noise Restrictions: Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests. *Terms of Eviction: 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace Guest Stay Contract: We do not require a signed guest contract. Damage deposit: On arrival at the front desk the staff will take a credit card imprint for your damage deposit which will be refunded 24 hours after your departure. This will be Cdn $500 approval.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Beautiful place and great location
This place is exactly what we were looking for. Super spacious, up to date, and 3 bedrooms for a great price. We would love to come back!
Great location to village, mountain and skatepark. We didn’t drive anywhere our entire stay.
Overall, great stay.
Suitable for two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Front desk staff at Glacier Lodge were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tubs. Bike storage in lobby area. Great location. Short walk to Whistler Village. Noticed mold on ceilings in bathrooms. Kitchen had most kitchenware items except for cutting board. Door codes didn’t work, but rectified immediately. Overall, great stay, and Peter was accommodating to our needs.
Convenient location and spacious place.......
This place is in a great location near, but not too near the village, so it is quiet!!!!
A few issues: It needs cleaning!!! for example, the bathroom has mold in the ceiling. Also, there are two doors into the 3 bedroom suite, but the only door we had access to, enters through the master bedroom.
We are pleased to hear you enjoyed staying in this location in the Upper Village. It is nicely tucked away from the central Village but so close at the same time. Being right at the base of Blackcomb is a great location year round.
We're very disappointed to hear about the cleaning in the apartment. I have addressed this with our staff as it does not reflect the standard we keep our properties. This is not acceptable.I'm very sorry to hear this, Thank you for bringing this to our attention .
The front desk staff have also been contacted regarding the door code you were provided. There is an option to lock the master bed room off, , however, we do not do this. I do apologize and we have rectified this situation with the front desk management.

The Glacier lodge is located in the Upper Village, steps to all Resort attractions Once you are here you do not require a car ! fantastic lodge for families and groups with large out door pool and hot tubs.
Walk to the ski lifts and ski school, restaurants and shops !
