Construido en 2009, esta casa de vacaciones de lujo de estilo mediterráneo con 8,300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, domina las tranquilas vías fluviales de la costa y está situada frente a las Islas Las Olas. Siéntese y disfrute viendo pasar los yates en el patio trasero. Esta propiedad está equipada con un muelle de 100 pies que incluye energía en tierra, aguas profundas y sin puentes fijos.

Esta mansión privada tipo complejo cuenta con 7 habitaciones, 7. 5 baños en suite. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión de pantalla plana, así como internet por cable e inalámbrico.

El mobiliario y la decoración han sido seleccionados para fusionar los sentimientos del Mediterráneo y los estilos de playa. La casa es cómoda pero elegante. Hay un gran comedor formal, así como comer en la cocina.

Amazing property and host! Pinnacle Las Olas Experience.

We just stayed at Meir's place and couldn't have had a better experience. This is a wonderful and lavish canal front mansion with a backyard that words cannot explain. It's an absolute paradise only made better by an excellent host. 15 minute walk to downtown or the beach, you will not want to leave!

Incredible property, perfect location, Great host

We have been renting villas for 9 years, for our annual guys trip and this was by far the most amazing overall experience. The host (Meir) was extremely attentive - even late after-hours, and attentive to every question or need we had. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated, the house is clean, roomy and feels luxurious. The kitchen is also well equipped and functional with extra refrigerator, multiple dining areas etc. Highly recommend !!

Early Family Thanksgiving

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Loved having all the bathrooms for each bedroom. There were 14 of us. The house was beautiful and so was the pool area. Pool was always at a great temperature for our November visit. Great location. Few minutes drive to beach and all the restaurants on Las Olas. Meir was very easy to work with. Thank you

Perfect weekend in Perfect house

Meir, the property manager and point of contact made everything SO easy and very quick to reply. Everything was very accommodating. The house was just amazing. very clean and had all the amenities you would want. We had a private cook come one night and had masseuses come for massages by the water. Great for fun and relaxing. Close to the beach! Could not have picked a better spot for a Bach! Thank you Meir!!

The place you go to make lifelong memories

Went here for a bachelor party of 17 and was blown away. The attention to detail from the architecture to the design was flawless. Plenty of space and extremely accommodating with sleeping arrangements. Any minor issues were resolved by the landlord in minutes. Couldn’t have asked for more of the host. Made a fun weekend truly unforgettable.

Perfection

This was the perfect place for our family to come together and have a truly memorable Thanksgiving. Ranging in age from 5 to 96, we had something for everyone: pool, accessibility, billiards, and a commercial grade kitchen that contributed to a truly stress free Thanksgiving meal. Shower pressure was great, beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough plates, glasses, etc. as well as bakeware, cookware, and serverware, wifi is reliable, etc. Situated in a very nice and safe neighborhood and true to the listing description, the beach is a short walk from the property.

Perfect place !!

We were 2 family with tennagers for a total of 11 persons. The house is just perfect for a big group, we all enjoyed the pool and spa outside and the pool table inside. Perfectly located side of the canal, with a lot of palm trees for shadow and privacy. Very calm place and only 20 minutes walk from Los Olas beach , kids could walk there by them self The house was really clean with all base articles needed. Really nothing negative. The host Meir was really communicative and easy to reach. If we return in the area I would definitively come back to Meir house We really recommend that place for all families travelling to Fort Lauderdale

Beautiful house with a great location

This was our first time to Ft. Lauderdale and we could not have picked a better house with such a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach everyday and have many restaurants close by. We all spent a lot of time at the house in the backyard enjoying the pool and hot tub. Meir (home owner) was so accommodating always available for any questions that we had. There is not one thing that we did not have at this house. I highly recommend this house for any family or group looking for a hassle free extraordinary time.

Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood

Our group of couples sincerely enjoyed our stay at Meir’s home in Las Olas. The house was clean and well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were in excellent shape and well cared for. Plenty of basics in the kitchen, lots of towels, comfy beds... We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, and the beach is a short mile away. Lots of restaurants nearby, and shopping, as well. Meir communicated efficiently and was available to answer questions via text at any time. His housekeeper made checkin a breeze, and everything was simple and easy. Hope to visit again!

Great spot in Las Olas

We had a bachelor party of 14 guys. This house was perfect. Well located (close to beach and fishing place), the pool was awesome, and a great outdoor hang out space. We loved hanging out by the pool table. The owner was so communicative, he called me a few times just to see how things were going and helping us with the hot tub and the music system. He clearly wants to make sure you have a good time. Can't say enough good things about this house!! Thank you.

Absolutely Fabulous

Mier was the absolute best host. He was extremely accommodating to all my requests. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and that I had the best experience. When I called for any issues he either explained the reasons (which made sense) or was very quick to resolve. When I expressed some areas of concern that I would have preferred which would have enhanced my experience, Mier was very open to my suggestions, some of which he thinks he will incorporate. If you are looking for an upscale get away for your family vacation, I highly recommend staying at this home. The atmosphere lends itself to one of high sophistication. If you value your home and will treat this like your very own, you will fit right into sense of comfort like none other.

Superb host and Property!

It’s been our dream vacation in its most luxurious setting! My family found, at our arrival, the street lined with water-front mansions so serene in the heart of Fort Lauderdale (just one turn from the busy Las Olas) that: our house is the best! The architecture and deco is obviously a careful-modelled piece of art in Mediterranean style. It’s huge enough to accommodate our big group of 11 people spaciously in the 5+2 rooms. The view on the canal side with luxurious boats docking at million-dollar properties over the quiet water under Floridian sunlight has been golden memory of our holidays. The highlight, as promised by the friendly owner Meir before our trip, is the gigantic master suite. It’s a 1000-sq feet apartment by itself with a salon fits for a comfy sitting foyer, WOWing all of us with its palatial ensuite and walk-in closets resembling that of a five-star presidential unit. There is a second largest bedroom on the same floor almost double the size of other bedrooms. All the bedrooms comes with super comfortable bed and spotlessly clean linen. There are also two extra rollaway beds and two air mattresses for guests. The large group of family and friends found more than sufficient separate beds to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, we just supplemented it with our favourite seasoning and condiments to make it equivalent to our own home! My family was surprised to find the Miele coffee machine so ready that we developed our new enjoyable hobby of REAL coffee making after this holiday. Also we had so many happy memories bathing in the sunshine at the heated pool which feels open to the environment yet still very private and safe because of the good neighborhood. It’s a pity that our luxurious plan to rent a boat to stop at our own pier for a private cruising trip never materialized. The house is always quiet, except the evening when there was the final of the national football match, but bringing yourself to the busiest hub of the touristy city needs only a 10-minute nice walk, or 2 minute’s drive. There are dozens of good restaurant including a couple of famous steak houses, including a popular 24-hour café. At last I have to express my gratitude to the host Meir, whose communication and assistance is always handy although he is not living in Fort Lauderdale. From the day I requested information, till the last day when I reported our delay check out, he always managed with his generous and accommodating personality.
