Casa del Corazón: a stunning country retreat in Santa Fe

Enjoy a memorable Santa Fe escape in this beautifully restored traditional New Mexico adobe. Warm and inviting, the home features classic adobe walls, exposed vigas, vibrant Southwestern décor, and two kiva fireplaces.

Set in a quiet historic village in the high desert, the property offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience—just a 10-minute drive to the Santa Fe Plaza, restaurants, and shops. Surrounded by rolling hills, desert landscapes, and endless skies, it’s a tranquil and safe retreat.

This spacious 1,700 sq ft home comfortably accommodates 4–6 guests and includes:

2 bedrooms
A large dining room and fully equipped kitchen
A cozy living room with large-screen TV
Additional TV in the primary bedroom
Fast Wi-Fi
Private patio
Access to a half-acre property, away from the crowds

Guests have exclusive use of the main house and garden. A separate unit, Casa Azul, is located on the other side of the property with its own private entrance and patio so you have full privacy on your side. Azul may be rented together with Casa del Corazón for larger groups.

The area offers immediate access to scenic walking and hiking trails right from the doorstep. A car is recommended, as the home is located in a peaceful rural setting.

The house is thoroughly cleaned between stays, with a minimum 24-hour gap between guests. Additional cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

Relax, recharge, and experience the timeless beauty of Santa Fe from the comfort of this charming adobe retreat. I’m available if needed, but otherwise you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay.
Quiet hours due to location in a village: 10pm-9am. NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS outside of registered guests. All guests must register with host. 4 people maximum unless approved by host. Two beds are set up for your use, 1 queen, 1 king. Additional fee over 4 people and two full-size futons can be used. Please leave front door and window without a bug screen closed to prevent pests from entering. Fireplace use: if you are experienced in building fires in a fireplace, you may do so but must follow instructions. There will also be a $25 cleaning fee per fireplace to be left cash inside house for housekeeper. Do not remove the ashes, our housekeeper will do it safely after you check-out (risk of fire if disposed improperly). Please take off your shoes if they are muddy before entering the house. No candle burning anywhere in the house for safety reasons. If you have bicycles, please keep them locked in your vehicle or in the yard. No smoking, not even outside in the back or front yard due to fire hazard. No loud music in the yard or inside the house, we have neighbors and try to be respectful of their peace and quiet. Per Airbnb policy and due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow pets of any type. We are allergic to pet and cat hair, and have shared spaces (open yard) where an animal may create a safety concern for our neighbors and/or guests staying at the property next door. Please bag all your trash (we provide several trash bags for your stay but if you need more, let us know) and place in large green trash bin outside. Please no un-bagged trash as it will not be picked up by the trash removal company, and we would have to charge you for cleaning it up. Check-out time is 11 am. Any late check-out will result in a $35/hour charge. Please leave the keys where you found them, make sure all windows are closed and lock the front door on your way out. Thank you.
