The property was lovely. The water was hot and had good pressure. I will recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. There is some provided but it wasn't enough for our group of 4. The pillows had the perfect amount of support without being stiff and the couch was comfortable. I would stay here again

It's a safe neighborhood, not too far from K.C. (25 min drive). Although needing some minor TLC, the house was great! Our needs for the weekend were met.

Overall the stay was good & our host responded quickly when I had a question. The house overall was clean except for the carpet which had multiple stains and the kitchen floor was a bit sticky. Otherwise, no concerns.
