About Jamie Bsales
I have been visiting Wildwood for family vacations since I was 4 month old, and now my wife and I bring our kids there. If you need any advice on activities during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask.
Jamie Bsales purchased this Condo in 2012
Why Jamie Bsales chose Wildwood Crest
We chose the Summer Sands because of its unbeatable location--right on the beach. Add in two heated pools, five sundecks, and on-site property management for peace of mind and we knew it was the type of complex we would want to stay. So we knew we would be comfortable having others stay here and fall in love with Wildwood Crest as we have.
What makes this Condo unique
The spectacular ocean view from unit 408 sold us from the moment we walked in. The unit is tastefully decorated and we strive to keep it updated and comfortable.

The unit was everything it said it would be. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Such a great location , literally steps from the beach. Worth going back to.
We enjoyed our stay so much! Summer sands was wonderful and we loved every minute!
Our second home
We just finished another perfect stay at Summer Sands 408. Beach, pool and balcony all day every day! The condo is very clean and well kept. It has everything we need from kitchen supplies for breakfast to a charging station for electronics. We cant wait till next year
Great location and helpful owner
The property is steps away from the beach and couldn't be better situated for those looking to enjoy maximal beach time. The area was very walkable, but access to restaurants will require a drive. The unit seemed a bit small, but worked well for the two of us for the week; it was comfortable. The unit owner was very responsive and extremely helpful at every step of the way.
Thanks for your kind words and I'm glad you had a good time. While the hotel across the street does have a cafe for breakfast and lunch, yes, getting to one of the area's many sit-down restaurants requires a short drive. That's the trade-off for the quiet, residential feel of the southern part of the Crest. At about 450sf, the unit is not huge, but we have tried to maximize the usable space with furniture that fits well and hooks/shelves wherever we could. Hope to see you next season!
picture perfect family vacation
Such an amazing time!!! Literally steps from the beach me and my 3 year old walked to it every morning before starting our day and leaving for lunch was perfect since the seagulls like to eat your food lol. Relaxing view of the ocean and peaceful which I certainly love on vacation. We will be back And don't want to leave!!! Jamie was so easy to go through with thorough instructions on what we need to know for our stay, It was perfect you won't be disappointed staying here. thanks again!.... now back to reality ;)
Very nice stay, clean, comfortable, and the owner Jamie was great to deal with.
Thank you. We had a awesome time.
The complex is oceanfront just steps from Wildwood Crest's natural, award-winning FREE beaches--no trucked-in sand or beach tags here! Beaches are guarded by professional lifeguards Memorial Day through Labor Day for peace of mind. Done with the beach? Head to one of the many bayfront restaurants in the Wildwoods or watch the sun sink into the bay at Sunset Park, which is just a short stroll or bike ride away. Take the trolley or make the short drive to the famous Wildwood boardwalk, which is just a couple miles north of the complex. Three miles of shopping, food (fried Oreos, Douglass Fudge, and Curly's Fries highly recommended), and Morey's Piers (one of the most-visited amusemeents parks in the country) await. Need more nightlife? Take a bus tour or make the 30-mile drive to Atlantic City's casinos and shows. For a slower pace, head a couple miles south to historic Cape May with its landmark lighthouse, classic Victorian homes, quaint downtown shopping area, and world-class birdwatching area (a National Wildlife Refuge site). Whale-watching and dolphin-watching tours depart daily (in season) from the bay side in both Wildwood Crest and Cape May. Golf is also a short drive away, not to mention dozens of mini-golf courses for the kids. Cloudy day? Head to the Cape May County Zoo just 9 miles north to see snow leapoards, giraffe, zebras and more. Or head to one of the many jet-ski rentals and kayak tour outfitters to get up-close and personal with the water that surrounds the Crest.
