Great place, quiet area

Very nice house. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our time. Our kids really liked the huge soaking tub.

Good for the price. Lacked in certain accomodations (fridge light and filter were out, an alarm was beeping because of low battery, less than one roll of paper towels were provided for a 3 night stay, beds weren't comfortable, and no Netflix as advertised). Otherwise, great location and value for the price.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and more. We definitely want to come back and stay here. Host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Good location for attending events at Dallas Baptist University

Enjoyed our stay and the proximity to DBU with a Wal-mart nearby. Easy Check-in and definitely nice being able to pull car into garage.

Home and host were great

This was our first experience and we had no issues and any worries we had coming into it were gone. The hosts were great and the home is exactly what we needed.

Weekend stay

My family and I came to Dallas for the Cowboys game. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. Daniel was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasurable stay and was a great communicator. I highly recommend.

Stay for event at convention center

Great neighborhood. The listing was accurate and it was definitely a kid friendly home. I love that Walmart was so close and I felt safe there. I ran through the neighborhood and felt totally safe. Every night, we just enjoyed a movie in the beautiful living room. The host always responded quickly. Definitely would start here again.

The house was in the perfect location for our visit to Texas. We purchased the city pass for Dallas and did all the activities included in it and none were more than 25 or 30 minutes away from the house. We also did Six Flags over Texas, which was only 20 or 30 minutes away from the house. It was also located close to groceries and restaurants. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond to any of our needs or questions. The house itself was adequate for our needs. However, there were six of us and only seven bath towels. We had to wash and dry towels several times which is not a big deal to us, but other people may find it inconvenient. There were only 2 wash cloths and one hand towel. We ate out most of our meals, but the little bit we did use the kitchen it seemed to have a very limited supply of plates and cups. There were only four dinner size plates in the home. Overall, the location was the highlight of our stay.

I must admit the property was everything that I expected. The place was very immaculate. The rooms were great in size. Everything that you need were there at the property. For example, utensils, pots and pans, washer/dryer etc. The neighborhood is very nice. I got a chance to meet the neighbors and they were very welcoming. If I had to rent this place again I would.

Great stay!

Stayed 3 nights with 4 adults early June 2022. This is a nice house with great bones, clean, and accessorized to feel spacious. There are small things that alert you it's a rental property (paint slightly worn around handles, stove has at least one dial not working, bedroom carpets need pulled, etc) but by & large it's a solid rental. Owners have taken pains to select a few nice pieces of artwork to help it feel more upscale. Things to note: Beds are quite comfortable with multiple pillows per bed. The bed frames are unusually low to the ground, so if you have trouble getting up from a seated position be ready for that. I forgot to check each bedroom - would have liked to have a mirror in mine, though, since it's a rental & ppl could be traveling with not-family & not want to wander out into the main part of the house & bath off the hall without a touch up first thing in the am: Easy upgrade! As of 06/2022 there is no remote available for the garage door. Entry to the home is via a newer keycode unit, which was nice. Back patio furniture should be replaced. There's a grill, but we didn't use it. The neighborhood itself is a very nice quiet residential area with super easy access to get out & roll around (Downtown Dallas maaaaybe 30 min during off-peak traffic times. Maybe. Airport the same.). There are houses close on both sides & we never heard a peep. I wouldn't plan to walk to amenities/stores, but a short drive will get you to almost anything you want. The driveway is 1-car deep & kinda steep, could squeeze in 2 cars across. There's a little bit of street parking if necessary. 2 bath towels per bed were provided, and a small selection of shampoo/conditioners were in each bathroom, along with a hairdryer in the Master, and a few very basic dry-good condiments in the kitchen. Pots/pans/plates/silverware were very well stocked. Every bedroom had its own TV w remote & owner-shared access to several channels such as Netflix. Closets were also clean w a handful of hangers in each. A/C was via Nest with in-home control and responded quickly on 80-90* days while we were there, so don't be afraid to turn it down as they request when you head out for awhile. Communication with the owners was STELLAR - all interactions were remote, but they were super fast to respond, eager for us to enjoy our 3 night stay and very friendly. All in all a very good rental, would absolutely consider staying here again.

Cowboys Game

Daniel was very easy to deal with and was very proactive. We had actually booked another property but there was a calendar issue and he reached out to us before we left for Texas. In the business world everyone is great when things are going well but I evaluate people based on how they handle issues. Daniel was fantastic and provided us another property and he communicated great throughout the whole process. Instead of saying it's not my fault he provided a solution immediately. That alone would have been enough for me but he continued the great customer service during our entire stay. We will be back in the Dallas area again and I will for sure rent from Daniel again. The property itself was modern and well taken care of and worked great for our party of 7 people. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located near the places we needed to get to.

Great neighborhood right off the I-20, very clean house!

The owners were very accommodating, the house itself was immaculate and set in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The location was close to the highway and real close to Walmart. We really enjoyed our stay there, the house was stocked with just about everything one might need. We will definitely stay here again if coming to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
