We think our place will help you experience everything Lubbock has to offer. Centrally located- 5-7 minutes driving from restaurants, shopping, Texas Tech University and all major hospitals- you can't beat his centrally located beautiful home! The outdoor living is top notch- Enjoy a quiet space for morning coffee, read a book in our private hammock, enjoy patio games with your friends, or relax under the lit pergola and catch an evening game on the outdoor TV- this place has it all! I am originally from Amarillo, Texas and have lived in Lubbock since 2001. I am a proud TTU Alum and have been in Real Estate locally for over 20 years! I enjoy playing tennis, refurbishing classic vehicles and spending time in the mountains with my 3 kids. I have loved remodeling these properties while keeping visitors in mind for a luxurious Lubbock visit and I truly hope that you love staying in our homes!

We chose this neighborhood because of its accessibility to all of Lubbock! Just 6 miles from TTU's Campus, 4-5 miles to major hospitals and just a few minute drive to restaurants & shopping with quick access to Lop 289- this is the perfect centrally located stay.
What makes this property unique
This is a newly remodeled property, with another 3 BR 2 BA available (each with their own private yard). The properties are available to be rented individually or together for a Large Group Getaway and can sleep up to 12 comfortably.
