Best decision to stay out of the big strip hotels. Our stay was so relaxing with safe no hassle parking, our own patio to enjoy cool evenings, and of course a perfectly thoughtful room with everything you could possibly need! Would definitely stay again if the option was available.

It was a great location to be headquarters for traveling to national parks and to the Strip. It was a quiet residential neighborhood but only a few blocks away were main avenues with the normal town amenities (fast food, pharmacy's etc). It was close to the airport but the airplane noise was barely audible. Ronnie, the host, was attentive and communicated well. The shower was very nice. We didn't need to buy bottled water. Ronnie provided more than enough for us. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious patio home during my trip for a business conference. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to both the airport and Fontainebleau.The property itself was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived, it felt welcoming and well thought out. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool and fresh, and the little touches—items provided and left for guests—made it feel more like a home than a rental.Everything was spotless, both inside and out, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and everything needed to settle in comfortably. And the bed? Exceptionally comfortable—exactly what you want after a full day at a conference.I would absolutely book this property again for any future trips.

Cute, clean studio with that had everything I needed for a short weekend stay for my soccer tournament. The host (Ronnie) was so nice and excellent with communication. Conveniently located close to the airport and strip. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and peaceful. The double-head shower was such a nice touch, and the location couldn’t have been better. close to the Strip, airport, and plenty of great restaurants. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive, respectful, and committed to making our stay perfect.We also really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the fenced property, which made us feel extra safe. The stocked water, light snacks, and coffee were such a thoughtful bonus! We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend booking this place!

We loved just having a peaceful, quiet place to sleep while we were in Vegas for a conference! Host was great with communication before, during, and after our stay. It was also awesome having a small kitchen setup so we could stick with eating what we packed in our coolers. We’re looking forward to booking again in the future!

Great place!

Check in was very easy and I was given a tour of everything. I mostly love the feeling of having my own place. I enjoyed my time in Vegas and will be making a reservation to say here again.

I liked that it had a little area for office work, that there was a dedicated parking spot for me, that there was a washer/dryer to access and that everything was locked up for safety. I also liked the kitchen area and that they had a smart tv. The bed was beyond comfortable.

On holiday in Las Vegas

A charming studio with a beautiful court yard. Location was within less than a mile to local retailers. Ronnie was a cheerful and helpful host. Would highly recommend this place for an overall great experience.
