Would give a higher rating if I could. This location was a peaceful retreat, had every amenity, and well decorated. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the sunroom. This would be my go-to location for another trip to Grafton!

The house was very clean and up to date. The sunroom really topped our stay off with beautiful views of the river. We didn't use the washer/dryer but it was nice to know that those were also available. The dishwasher was a big plus for us too. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

The house was amazing !!! The pictures did not do it justice. The house was spotless, the decor was so cute , anything and everything you could have needed for the kitchen was there, within walking distance of all the Main Street attractions, but our absolute favorite part of the house was the sun room!! The view of the river was so relaxing . We would definitely rent this house again when we visit . Thank you VRBO host

Birthday getaway in Grafton

This house was perfectly located in town. We could have walked but drove due to the heat. It was clean, perfect spot, gorgeous sunrise and sunset weather and views of the river on the deck. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Great place to stay

Our stay was short but delightful. The house had all the essentials, was spotless, and offered a peaceful ambiance with a river view. We're already looking forward to returning in the spring for a longer visit.

A Great View and a Wonderful Cottage

The cottage is fantastic! The views from the deck or the screened porch are great. The interior seems to have been recently updated. Very clean and comfy.It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Also walking distance to the Aerie Skylift and winery. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We would definetly stay there again.

Great property!

This property was so convenient to get to, beautiful views, and a lovely interior! We were blown away at all the extras that were given: coffee, creamer, popcorn, soap, shampoo, lotion, and much more! The beds were big and comfortable. The sunroom overlooking the river was my favorite!

Wonderful place to stay in Grafton. I found it very quiet and peaceful, not sure what the traffic is like in the summer. Exactly as described, clean, updated. I don’t know how the streetside bedroom bed feels, but the master bedroom bed was super comfortable. The master has an en suite bathroom with shower and tub combo. There is a small sunroom with an unobstructed view of the river. It was quite cold during my stay, but the sunroom got cozy and warm during the day. I didn’t get to use the deck because of the cold, but it is adjacent to the sunroom and also looks out over the river. The kitchen was the most equipped that I have encountered yet at a property. Keurig only, if there is a regular coffee maker, I did not see it. I reached out to the host one night around 10pm with a question and was responded to very quickly. I would happily stay at this property again.
