For those who don't know that area, The Shops at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Downtown Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, and Newport Coast are all just a few minutes by car/Uber.

Pet Policy This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
-Rooftop Patio is available to our guests during their stay. However, the homeowner reserves the right to utilize the patio up to 3 days per month with a 48 hour notice. - All reservation must be 30+ Nights to qualify to meet our city rental restrictions. -Trash needs to be sorted by recycling or trash. Trash is collected on Thursday and cans must be placed outside in the alley for pickup.
