Discover this peaceful and centrally-located 4 bedroom single level home in Marietta, GA in beautiful East Cobb County.

10 minutes from SunTrust stadium, Cumberland Mall, and Marietta Square.

20-25 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Buckhead, and Hartsfield Airport.

25-30 minutes from Six Flags.

Incredible Remodel in East Cobb with all new hardwoods, kitchen, bathroom, and brand new kitchen! Large living room and dining room with tons of natural light. Office space, and back patio access w/ BBQ.
The entire house is available for use except the garage.

3 bedrooms are on the left side of the house, including a full bathroom. Room A also has a half bathroom in it.

The Master bedroom is on the right side of the house, past the kitchen. It has it’s own full bathroom and walk in closet.

Each room has a queen size bed and is equipped with its own smart tv so everyone can log in and watch their own Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Common Areas are the living room, office space, and kitchen. There is also the deck outside, with a table and chairs, and a grill available for use.

Great place to stay

Adunni was a great host and quick to respond. The place was perfect for our families and had the basic amenities we needed. Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. Would highly recommend!

Quick getaway

This property was nothing short of amazing. My family and I felt like home. Everything we needed was there and my kids had more than enough space to call their own. The location was perfect.... close to everything. The neighborhood was super quiet and lovely.

The host did a great job communicating with us. We had a few struggles over our weekend: the air conditioner wasn't able to keep up with the summer heat and the keyless entry was intermittent with allowing us access inside. It is time for the home to have a thorough clean up and walk through in every room.

This was my wedding day weekend and I had reserved this location for my family of 10. Unbeknownst to me, a lot of issues was happening but I wasn't told because they did not wish to ruin my wedding weekend. I knew that they did not have access to the thermostat but the owner was able to adjust from her location. Didn't cause much issues but sometimes it would get cold. But this is the part that was very concerning. I was told that the house was not thoroughly cleaned. They had ants in the bathtube each night. One of the bed had a wet spot and another had hair. There were left over item from previous tenant in the drawers. It was roomy and had most of everything they needed but it definitely needed cleaning. Very disappointed.
