Caribbean beachfront house ideal for family vacations in the Akumal region of the Riviera Maya on a stunning white sand beach. The house is close to the historical & ecological wonders of Tulum & Cobá and neighbors the PGA Riviera Maya golf course.

The space
It is a four-bedroom home, three Bedrooms are in the main house and the fourth bedroom is a lock off with a private entrance. The house has an amazing terrace with access to the sea, a comfortable sofa, and an outdoor table. The pool is equipped with lounge chairs and bath towels, it also has a barbecue area. The house has its own private parking.
The house's first floor has a spacious living room, a dining room with large windows and glass doors with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils necessary to cook with great comfort, and a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom.
The second level has two rooms with a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and their own private bathroom, one bedroom has a king-size bed the other bedroom has two double beds.
