Built in 2016 this villa located in a small village near Motovun was awarded the Best Holiday Home in Europe Award in 2017 given by European Holiday Home Association.Villa Vista accommodates 6 people in three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor. The entire the ground floor features a spacious living room area with a fire place and fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area. Its unique location and beautiful design provide amazing views of green Istrian hills and nature. From the bedroom to the kitchen, everything was furnished and decorated with care and great attention to detail, so that you can feel comfortable and relaxed. You will love the outdoor area with big hydro massage and infinity swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view. You can prepare delicious meals for your friends or family on charcoal barbecue and dine outside with the view of the breathtaking nature. Villa Vista is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars and provides everything for a enjoyable holiday on a perfect location. Villa is certified with an eco label given by loacl authorites. (eco domus)

Heavenly pure filling combinations of pleasures.

If I ever dreamed of the best vacation, my imagination could never have created such a place as Villa Zamask. When you first step in this home it does not need an introduction and customization on the simplicity and purity of the shapes. The house does not want you to adapt to it but to be your own in its simplicity. A combination of wood, concrete and spatiality gives you warmth and direct connection to the nature you are surrounded. Sureness of the house and pitoresque landscape makes you feel satisfaction in every respect. Whether you are alone or with the dear people in this house you enjoy, not wanting to leave because it provides the peace of body and mind. Vacation The places we have gone to and the trips that we have taken Photographs of love and laughs of another family vacation. Mesmerizing, stunning, tranquil sanctuary

The moment we laid eye on this villa, we fell in love with it! The architectural details are remarkable! The panoramic views are mesmerizing and the surrounding scenery is stunning! The Istrian landscape can be appreciated from multiple vantage points from the villa to the infinity pool. Indeed a peaceful, tranquil sanctuary to get away from everyday life and reconnect with family and friends. If you prefer cooking, there is a beautiful vegetable garden on the property. The owner provides his home-produced olive oil, a real treat! If you prefer to order food, the owner makes it easy. Arrangements can be made for meals to be delivered or prepared in the villa. The location of the villa provides a multitude of activities including truffle hunting, wine/olive oil tastings, mountain biking, hiking and a twenty minute ride to the Adriatic Sea. Our friends and family look forward to returning to this incredible retreat!

Stunning in every way!

My family of four really enjoyed staying in this luxury super stylish villa, exqusitely designed with amazing panoramic views. It surpasses the photos online and it is literally breath taking when you arrive and see the location. It combines the best in modern design with being in a beautiful place and the owner has stocked it with everything needed to make for a relaxing stay. It's 5 star facilities make it like being in a hotel but with extra privacy and peace. We relaxed totally and didn't want to leave at the end of our week. This is a stand out villa which I'd highly recommend.

Best modern villa in Istria with breathtaking view

Villa is perfect for stress relief. View is breathtaking (270 degrees). Extraordinary pool-unique design. Bads are extremely big and comfortable. Fire place cozy. Panoramic view from all rooms. Even when cooking one could enjoy the view of beautifull istrian nature. I strongly recommend to visit this special place. Zdenko

Like most beautiful dream

It is hard to describe the beauty of this place! Villa is amazing, minimalism at the best, comfortable and with so many beatiful details and care of the owner! The view is like heaven! Sound of silence is one of the great experiences. This is my favorite place in Istria! Looking forward to visit again!

Amazing villa

Hidden away in a small village this place provides everything you need for the prefect retreat from the busy life. The whole property is well designed, the inside and outside space is absolutely beautiful .The view of the mountains and the lake from the pool is just breathtaking. We got a couple of good recomedations from the owner for the local istrian restaurants that are only 15 minutes away and sometimes we would just order a delivery of local dishes delivered to the house with hot homemade bread because we just didn't feel like going anywhere!

Amazing property

This property is even more stunning in person! I didn't want to leave. Impeccable design but homey and comfortable. The panoramic view from the pool is just amazing.It was the most relaxing time I had in a while. We really enjoyed using the vegetable garden for our salads. we even went truffle hunting in the woods with the private guide they arranged for us! The Benvenuti winery is only 10 minutes away and the owner was kind enough to arrange for a tasting. I dream of going back to villa Vista.
