The outdoor area includes a sprawling deck with a private boardwalk down to the river and 120 feet of river frontage with space to dock a boat - Intermediate river flows into Lake Bellaire, Grass River, Torch Lake and Elk Lake. Enjoy evenings in a screened porch with fireplace or outside around the bon fire pit. Conveniently located within walking distance to Bellaire's popular breweries, distilleries, and restaurants.
