The Space:
The apartment is located in the historical center, in a quiet and elegant area of Prague-2 (Vinohrady/Vineyards) – 50 m far from the Riegrovy sady and in 13 min. walk or 2 stops by tram or metro the city center - Wenceslas square. It is the place to be if you want to feel like a local while at the same you want to stay in the city centre. It's an ideal location and convenient for exploring all parts of Prague ensuring you are never too far from home wherever your are in Prague!

The apartments are on the 4 floor of an ancient house (neo-baroque) with an elevator. Windows are facing a green quiet garden closed from a street.

It is an exclusive and a very popular location with a rich history. It is a respectable district, which used to be in favor among the bourgeoisie. This place is a very popular not only because It is a historical place, but also because is a much more quieter than Prague-1 (which is 2 quarters far away from there). In this district are located one of the best restaurants and clubs in Prague.

The apartments are ideally suited for married couples, for business travelers, for friends, for family up to 4 people etc.


Guest Access:
Size of the apartments is 56 m2. The apartments are comprise of:
Living room + kitchen, includes: fold out sofa for 2 people – 150x200 cm, armchair, LCD TV , TV bench, table, chair (4).
Bedroom, includes: sleeping bed for 2 people – 180x200 cm - DBL, wardrobe, chair, writing table, chair.
Fully-fitted kitchen, includes: ceramic cooking plate, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, spoons, forks, knives, cups, dishes, pans etc.
Bathroom, includes: bathtub with a shower, WC, bidet, hair fryer, shower gel, fan. Corridor, includes: wardrobe with mirrors, safe box.
Laundry, includes: washing machine, iron, ironing board, dryer.
Heating: hot water is an autonomous for the apartments.
The apartments provide for free: towels and bed linen, Wi-Fi, electricity, several types of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, washing powder, means for dish washing and cleaning, umbrella, vacuum cleaner, strongbox.
Аre provided for the entire stay:Towels (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small - for each guest) and bed linen (for accommodation of two people: 2 duvet, 4 pillows and 1 bedsheet; for accommodation of third and fourth people : 1 bedsheet and for each guest 1 duvet, 1 pillows ) are included in price of the accommodation.
For the comfort of guests there are additionally: 2 blankets and 2 orthopedic pillows (are in the white closet, which is in the bedroom).
Cleaning (for free) before check-in and after check-out.

Getting around:
How to get to the city center (the Wenceslas square is 1.3 km): 13 min walk or 2 stops by tram or metro. The metro station «Jiriho z Podebrad» (green line «A» goes throw the all stations in city center) and the tram stop «Jiriho z Podebrad» are 350 m far from the apartments. Green line ("А") direct connects to the bus bound for the airport. The railway station «Hlavni Nadrazi» is 1,3 km far (13 min walk). The bus station "Florenc" is 1,2 km far. The airport is 14 km far.


Other things to note:
- Check-in: 14:00 - 21:00, check-out: 11:00. Requests for late check-in (early check-in) are accepted only by prior agreement with the owner. The request may be approved or declined by the owner. A surcharge applies for arrivals after 21:00. Because apartments have no reception, I convincingly ask you to warn me in advance about the time of settling. Change in the time of check-in and check-out is possible by preparatory agreement. If the arrival is delayed by more than 2 hour, check-in cannot be guaranteed.
-Cleaning (for free) before check-in and after check-out. - There is no refund of rent for late arrival or early departure. - In case whether a guest leaves the apartment before the date of the check-out the money return will not be provided. - Several private secured garages are available both close to the flat and in the city, but they must be booked and paid separately in advance. - In accordance with Prague city law local charge of the stay makes 50 Czk (2 euro) per person per each day (the fee paid by all persons over 18 years of age). Local charge is been paid during the check-in in CZK/EUR and only in cash.
