A casa é sensacional, toda equipada com o que se precisa para um estadia e mais um pouco, a vista é incomparável!!!! O Marcelo é bem atencioso e sempre esta disposto a ajudar, tivemos um problema com a limpeza da piscina e ele conseguiu resolver na sexta feira mesmo, atendeu todos os nossos telefonemas com muita educação e atenção. Espero voltar em breve!!!

Boa estrutura e localização, mas pecou na limpeza

Feriado semana santa (18 a 22 abril) Pontos positivos: 1) atenção do proprietário; 2) estrutura da casa (4 quartos todos com ar split); 3) localização; 4) vista da casa; 5) utensílios de cozinha (bem completa). 6) segurança e tranquilidade Pontos negativos (possibilidades de melhoria): 1) Limpeza: havia baratas nas gavetas da cozinha; os quartos estavam com sujeita no chão. O proprietário enviou alguém pra limpar no dia seguinte, mas a pessoa somente limpou as gavetas, ou seja, nossas famílias tiveram que limpar toda a casa; 2) Acesso: existe uma rampa pra subir com o carro que eu só subi uma única vez. É muuuito íngreme e assustadora. Assim, o carro tem que ficar fora da casa e as pessoas subir a pé. Dessa forma, desaconselho cadeirantes, idosos e crianças; 3) apesar da estrutura excelente, a mobília dos quartos deixa à desejar ( não havia cortina nas duas suítes e em uma delas as camas eram de solteiro - tenho 1,86 e tive que dormir no chão pois não cabia na cama). 4) a tv não estava funcionando; 5) não tem internet O custo total foi de 6.000,00, portanto, esperava bem mais das instalações.

Casa muito bonita e ampla, excelente vista!

Ótimo imóvel, fomos em 10 pessoas, quartos e banheiros muito bons, todos com ar condicionado, a vista é a melhor e a piscina muito bacana, com borda infinita. Localização excelente, na minha opinião o melhor local da Ilha para hospedagem. A casa estava em ordem com tudo funcionando e o Marcelo proprietário muito prestativo, detalhe para a máquina de gelo haha, espetacular! Abraço a todos!
