Come home to the primary bedroom on the ground floor with a king bed, an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a tile tub/shower and separate sink/vanity area. Bedroom 2 downstairs has two queen beds, HDTV, and shares the hall half bathroom. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with new fixtures and tile floors.

Gather the group on the second level around the gas fireplace inlaid in a stone wall with a flat-screen HDTV mounted above. The sectional couch seats 5 comfortably. The newly remodeled kitchen opens up to the living and dining areas. The dining table seats 6, with additional bar seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. Level 3 is an open loft with 2 twin beds, overlooking the living level below - perfect for the kids!

Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with something for every family member. You are just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, world-class golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining options, shopping destinations, and Whole Foods Market.

Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

All linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided. Boat, Bike, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

This home can host a maximum of 6 people; this applies 24/7.
