別荘は私有地に建てられ、人里離れています。 外では、ダイビングに最適なスイミングプール、屋外での食事を楽しめる屋根付きパーゴラを備えたバーベキューがあり、田園地帯のパノラマの景色を一望できます。 トリムガーデンは木々と色とりどりの花でいっぱいです。

ヴィラは3階建てです。 正面玄関は、モダンな家具と暖炉のあるリビングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングエリア、バスルームのある2階にあります。 フレンチドアからプールとバーベキューエリアのあるテラスに出られます。 上階には、専用バスルーム付きのツインベッドルームとダブルベッドルーム、テーブルと椅子のあるかわいいコーナーがあります。 どちらのベッドルームにもプール、果樹園、そして青いクレタ海を望むプライベートバルコニーが付いています。 リビングルームから階段が下の階に通じており、そこには居心地の良いリビングルームとツインベッドルームがあります。 寝室には窓と庭に通じるドアがあります。 ドアの隣に、階段がプールに通じています。

Villa Danaeは、Malemeから5分のKontomariに位置しています。 美しい田舎道が古代オリーブ畑をゆっくりと上っていくと、西にあるコリンバリから東にあるアクロティリ半島までの海岸線の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。 現代的ではあるが、ダナエは明らかに田舎の、確立した雰囲気を持っている。その地球と黄土色はそれをクレタ島の田園地帯に溶け込ませます。 内部の装飾は、木製の天井と石の床の自然な風合いと色に基づいています。 Villa Danaeは、非常に高い水準の近代的設備を備えた非常に快適なホテルです。

We were after a secluded villa so we can be at peace with privacy- the villa is perfect for this and the host Kiriakos met us in the early hours to personally take us to the villa - we were then left alone entirely which was perfectPlatanias is 10-15min drive away and a big long strip of restaurants and gift shopsTo the left is a lovely small village called Kolymvari which is extremely pretty and quiet to have dinner

Villa Danae

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser Villa.Lage und Ausblick sind sensationell.Es gibt keinen Einblick durch Nachbarn. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Das 3.Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Keller. Wer das nicht mag, sollte von 2 Schlafzimmern ausgehen.Die Bäder und Zimmer sind sauber, Wäsche war ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Bis in den nächsten Ort sind es damit ca.10min. Dort gibt es eine empfehlenswerte Taverne.Im Synka-Supermarkt des Ortes bekommt man auch frischen Fisch an einer Theke. Der "Hausstrand" ist steinig, aber schön. Der nächste Sandstrand ist nicht weit. Ein paar Dinge sind verbesserungswürdig. Die Küche entsprach nicht unserer Vorstellung in Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Auf dem Grundstück leben vielen Ratten, welche sich auch in den Pergolen des Aussen-Essbereiches aufhalten. Der Vermieter hat während der ausführlichen Einweisung mehrfach seine Ablehnung gegenüber deutschen Urlaubern kommuniziert.

Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Ein wunderschönes Haus zum erholen. Aber, viele kleine Mißstände: Fliegengitter fast überall defekt. Küchenutensilien überaltet. Möbel in der Küche defekt. Waschmaschine defekt. Nur mit großer Mühe zum laufen bekommen. Keine deutschen TV Sender. Super: der wirklich tolle Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. 6 Personen können in den drei Schlafbereichen mit je eigenen Bad gut übernachten. Super große Terrasse mit großen Pool und einer Feuer Grillecke.

En ljuvlig plats med så vacker utsikt att det var svårt att tro att det var sant. Perfekt boende för familj med stora barn, och när man av hälsoskäl behöver tillbringa mycket tid i huset är Villa Danae en ljuvlig plats att vila på.

Großer Erholungswert

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen in einem Olivenhain. Die Ruhe dort ist fantastisch zum erholen und ausspannen. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es ist sehr sauber. Aber das Beste ist der große Pool, der immer wieder zum Baden einlädt. Also alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique propriété avec vue unique

Magnifique propriété, très propre (le propriétaire et une femme de ménage sont d'ailleurs venus nettoyer et changer le linge de maison après notre première semaine de séjour), située en pleine oliveraie. Les seuls sons sont ceux des criquets. Un vrai bonheur ! Seuls petits bémols : le rendez-vous de départ n'était pas bien expliqué en venant de l'aéroport d'Héraklion, du coup, on a fait attendre le propriétaire. Le kit de démarrage est constitué d'une bouteille d'eau et d'un seul rouleau de papier WC par toilette. Le BBQ n'est pas très pratique, et la vaisselle et les couverts ne sont pas très nombreux, donc il faut souvent faire tourner le lave-vaisselle. À part ça, rien à redire. C'était parfait !

Beautiful Danae

A superb Villa - Owner met and led us which was needed as nestled within the olive groves we would have never found it. This was all you need, without the need to leave, the location was fantastic, quiet, views amazing and everything close by. We did leave To explore but what a great place to explore from... thank you

Tout était parfait, villa très spacieuse, bien équipée (climatisation également partout), propre, bel espace de vie extérieur avec barbecue et tonnelle pour les repas, le chant des cigales, superbe piscine avec vue incroyable, nichée à travers les oliviers. Bel endroit à recommander, propriétaire adorable. Villa située à 5 mn d’une plage avec petits restos le long de la mer et région interessante car pas loin des lieux magiques comme Elafonisi, Balos, Fallaserna, gorges Samaria,Chania, Rethymon..

A brilliant villa

We greatly enjoyed our time at this villa. With a beautiful view, great pool and with beaches and resturants 5 minutes away. When we first got there, we were a little surprised by the cricket noise, but this is just normal for a Greek summer, and within days you get used to it. You definitely need a car for this villa as it is down a tricky path in the olive groves. The one thing I would say is that the hard to see steps and deep pool mean that you would have to keep an eye on young children if you came to Villa Danae with any. Aside from this, everything was fantastic. Thank you! For resturants, we recommend the Taverna Maleme on Meleme beach. -The Wills family

Stunning!

Shouldn't really write anything nice about this villa as we want to keep the place all to ourselves... the location is absolutely stunning and as the previous reviewer has said it's hard to tear yourself away from the place. The description is accurate, it is secluded even though there is another villa behind, it is completely obscured by some clever planting and very quiet with views over the olive groves to the sea beyond. The property is clean and very well maintained and the owner provided very good customer service, nothing was too much trouble for him. A car is essential, though there is a bus service running all the way into Chania so you can leave the car in Maleme and do a bit of sightseeing without the hassle of parking. We did some walking locally and further afield but Platanias and other resorts close by offer a bit more to do and see, again on the bus route. We too loved the cats that came by every day and I'm afraid we were guilty of feeding them but who can resist such adorable little creatures. We're thinking that we might go again in 2012 it was so peaceful there.

A Perfect Holiday!

We had 2 fabulous weeks at Danae Villa. It's beautiful property - the house, pool and gardens are superb. We actually ended up spending far more time around the pool that we had originally intended, but it was just so hard to tear ourselves away. It's completely secluded, so you can even leave your swimsuit at home if you like... Great location for touring the west of Crete - Falasarna and Elafonisi beaches are easy to get to as are Chania and Rethymnon (not to be missed). Trips to Samaria Gorge depart from nearby Platanias (10 minutes away) and if you don't want to roam, there are some lovely little spots to eat and drink in Pyrgos (at the bottom of the hill) and Maleme (2 km away). Car is ESSENTIAL, as is a love of cats - there's a delightful family of beautiful, friendly Cretan cats living in the olive grove and they stopped by to visit pretty much every day. They were a pure pleasure. We would heartily recommend this for a honeymoon or romantic getaway for two, or even for a family or small group. It's ideal for 2 couples as both the main bedrooms are the same size and have en suite bathrooms and balconies over the pool. A truly wonderful place. I would return there tomorrow if I could...
