About this property

A stone-built villa with private pool and amazing sea view

Eleni is a stone-built villa of 120 m², built on a private property of 1.000 m². In front of the house there are a private pool (35 m²) with sunbeds around it and a big area covered by grass, where kids can play safely. In a covered, shady corner there are a barbecue and a table with chairs, where you can enjoy your meals. Each point of the garden offers breathtaking view to the village, the coastline and the blue sea.


The villa has two floors. At the ground floor there are a cosy living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor, where a bathroom, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are found. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have French doors leading to private balconies with view to the sea.

A great villa with views to die for. Lots of useful facilities that made our stay feel like a home away from home. In a lovely quiet area but easy to walk to restaurants in Maleme. We would definitely be booking again.

Perfect Holiday

We really had a perfect holiday in this beautiful place. We just came to early (April), because the pool and the sea were to cold for swimming. If you have a car for trips around and if you don`t hesitate to drive 2hrs from Heraklion Airport you will have a great an quiet time in Eleni villa!

A beautiful place for a holiday

We stayed at Eleni Villa from april 25 till may 2, 2011. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing view. Every room has a view over the sea!! The villa includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were also very satisfied about the services we recieved. The renting of the house, the renting of the car, the contact with the owner, the cleaning service. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend it to all my friends.
