This is a true 1-bedroom with walls, open concept living room w/parking space. Host provided bottled water upon arrival.Condo very clean, sleep number bed. Host provided soaps, shampoo, paper & plastic products for our entire stay. We had an amazing holiday stay here! My boyfriend and I spent Christmas through New Year’s Eve at this condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It had everything we needed—unlike many other options we looked at. The kitchen and living area were well-equipped and comfortable, and the spacious bedroom had a lovely balcony with a partial view of the water. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was nice!The condo also had great amenities, including a washer and dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, and free parking. The property manager was incredibly responsive, even on Christmas Eve, when we had a couple of questions.The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our visit to Hawaii, and the location of the condo was ideal for many of the things we wanted to do. The building is situated between Waikiki and Ala Moana, giving us walking access to both. Traffic in the area is busy, and having an assigned parking place in the garage was very helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. We appreciated the washer/dryer and stocked kitchen. The property was as advertised, with a city view, and the staff made check in easy, even though we arrived on a holiday.

We stayed at the condo for a little over a month and we never had any issues. Everything we needed was available.

This property is excellent

I had to struggle to check in on the first day. I had to make international calls to several people and explain my situation after I got to the residence. I hope those process improves. I wanted to see clearer instructions before I arrive, like how to, where to, who to, etc. I’d received the attention notice and regulations much earlier than arrival date. That was good. I appreciate it. But the check in process should be improved. Luckily I’m English speaker and already got phone access at that time, so that I could communicate and resolved.

This condo was everything and more, well appointed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, new kitchen, the ocean view and mt views were so wonderful and unobstructed. Everything you needed for the beach and close to everything. Will definitely return.
