This is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with approximately 1170 square feet of living space and 1 parking stall on the convenient lobby level. This unit is on the 41st floor (one floor below the penthouse) of one of Waikiki's best buildings and has stunning, panoramic views of the Ala Wai Harbor, the ocean, Waikiki, and Diamond Head. The condo has been completely remodeled with completely new, modern baths and kitchen, central A/C, Bosch washer/dryer, broadband Wi-Fi and all new appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The building offers a pool, gym, spa, bbq area, and excellent access to both Ala Moana and Waikiki. On the retail floor of the building there's a Coffee Beanery, Subway, McDonald's as well as several restaurants and boutiques. The Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon and beach are a quick walk across the street. The rental of this unit includes a 1 car covered parking stall. Guest parking is also available in the building for a fee.

We are a family sailors who fell in love with Hawaii on our first Pacific voyage in 1998-1999. In 2005 we decided to make a land based commitment to the islands, and bought this condo as a vacation home.

The moment we saw the views from this unit we were in love. The condo was in bad shape but the views and location made it irresistible to us. We've spent much time and money making this condo a place where we'd be happy to live, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do
This building is close to the yacht harbor and the unit offers front row views of the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. It's also an easy walk to the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Ala Moana Beach Park, and almost any Wikiki attraction you can name.
We stayed for the month of Nov 16. The reviews are 100% accurate in that the views are fabulous and the condo quite comfortable. The bedrooms are comfortable, the beds very good and the bathrooms lovely. We loved the location being so close to several beaches and the great Ala Moana Mall, which has everything. We really enjoyed the month in Honolulu. Lots to see and do.
The kitchen is functional but don't plan on big meal preparation. It is tight and good for only one person at a time. The owner let know ahead of time about this and that we should plan on eating out for Thanksgiving while our kids and daughter in law joined us for the week.

If returning to Honolulu we would definitely consider this at the top of the list.
You really can't get a better view then the one from this unit. From the mountains on the left, to a straight on view of diamond head, to an exceptional ocean view to the right, as far as Magic Island. The Friday night fireworks were spectacular, and viewable from every room. We loved every minute of it. The only thing I might suggest for future renters might be to carry a few hooks for hanging wet things, as there is only one towel rack in each bath. But, other than that, pretty much every thing we needed was there. Thanks Melanie for allowing us to share your treasure.
I was working in Oahu for four months and the condo was a welcome oasis to return to after a long day at work. The listing description and photos accurately described the unit and it even looks better in person. As previously reviews have stated, restaurants and stores can be conveniently walked to in the Waikiki area and the kitchen had everything you needed when you wanted to eat in. For tourists without a rental car, the nearby Ala Moana Mall is a transit center stop for The Bus and it is a great way to get around the island when you don't have a car. A pleasant surprise was off shore of the yacht basin across the street was a nice surf break at the channel entrances for experienced surfers. You can even view the surf conditions from the condo before you go and I was in the water every weekend when there were southerly swells. In addition, the condo owner was also very responsive and pleasant to work with. To conclude, I would recommend this condo to everyone and plan to stay at it again the next time I return to Oahu.
This is a very secure building that offered the best views of the: City, Diamond Head and the beach. (and the sun rises). Weight room, sauna, pool, sun decks and more. Just across from the famous Ilikai Hotel (Hawaii-5-0 fame); and the Hilton Village. Short walk to the big mall for all of your needs. A grocery store just 2 blocks away, restaurants and pubs everywhere. Everything that you need for cooking in a very well designed kitchen in the condo. Parking is just steps outside the main entrance (in the building). Very ideal for two couples or a family, extra bed (3rd) is available. This is a place I could easily live in, long term.
I stayed here with my family (four adults in all) for 30 days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The views were amazing and the amenities very nice. The parking is very convenient, being on the ground floor. Right along major bus routes. Walking distance to several restaurants and Ala Moana Center. We had a few issues with the unit when we first moved in, but they were resolved promptly and completely. Highly recommended.
We loved staying here! This condo is absolutely lovely, and if anything, better than advertised. We especially loved seeing the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village from our windows. Melanie was helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
