Comfortable house and perfect for what we needed. Driveway is shared and very steep, and should be noted in the listing. The main road to the house is also steep with hairpin turns. Had to contact the owner a couple of times and was responsive and helpful.

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. We loved the relaxing hot tub and the kids loved the loft area with the pool table would definitely stay again!

This place was just as beautiful as the photos! We had a wonderful time! The host were fast with communication! It was very clean and nice! Definitely will be coming back!

The cabin is really nice. However, there isnt enough living room sitting for as many that can stay. For older folks like us we need back support for the kitchen table. The outside furniture needs replacing. Both plastic chairs were broken/cracked. And need more outside chairs vs th e picnic tables. Also, need casserole dishes and left over containers for the kitchen. Just some suggestions to improve the place.

We discovered bed bugs on the 3rd day. The just sent out pest control and they verified infestation. I contacted VRBO and the health safety team made us evacuate. There were 12 guest and VRBO could not find any where for us to go so we had to come home! The host refunded 3 nights of my stay. Very disappointed and discouraged.

Very spacious and well equipped cabin, strategically locate near pigeon forges and Galtlinburg, the jacuzzi is a great plus for cold nights and the beds are amazing ( so much I need the Brand )

Ok except ceiling fan quit working in one bedroom. Picnic table was broken as well as one of the chairs. 2 trash bags for kitchen for a 5 bedroom house was not enough. Beds were extremely high for senior citizens. Had shared bathroom for 2 downstairs bedrooms. Absolutely no extras. Also no cable for main TV.

Family trip

Decided on this house for our family spring break this year. Had a great time, house is around 15 min from both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge, neat little cabin tucked away in the mountain.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was perfect for our family of 8 family vacation. Clean property. Driveway is very steep. There is a cabin right next to this one that shares a drive, had to try to get around their cars to get to our cabin. Would stay again!

Cabin was close to gatlinburg, pigeon forge and sevierville. My group loved it. Everything was perfect. We will be staying here again. Easy check in and check out. So peaceful. Inside the cabin was clean. Our entire group loved it and had no complaints. Driveway was steep, and our little car drug but that could of been our driving, but suv and trucks were fine. We had ages from 1 year old to 86 year old, so if ur a light sleeper and got teenagers thats gonna stay up late and play pool, be prepared to have TV on or bring a fan or noise machine to drown out their noise. We was so tired from such fun full days it didnt bother us, but it just depends on ur group. Absolutely would recommend. 10/10. We are planning our next trip already!

A Very Nice place

The cabin was gorgeous and very clean. The rooms were very spacious. We did lose power for about 30 min but it was due to a storm in the area. The parking area could be improved because it is on a pretty steep hill and a bit dangerous to me. But other than that it was a great place . Check-in was a breeze. I would have given 5 stars if not for the parking.The family enjoyed themselves.

Very nice and clean recommend the bunk beds for adults….mattress not very supportive for adults. Had an issue with bedding upon arrival. Paola responded immediately and had it solved promptly. The driveway is very steep…wouldn’t recommend low driving vehicles…believe they will scrape.

The place was nice and clean. The kitchen only had dishes, we had to purchase salt, oil, etc. from the local store which is typically provided by airbnbs and cabins superhosts. The bunk beds were not comfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattresses. Be careful, the drive way is very steep. Everything else was great.

SPRING BREAK

THIS WAS OUR YEARLY SPRING BREAK TRIP & THIS CABIN WAS PERFECT FOR US. THE LAYOUT WAS PERFECT. 4 BEDROOMS TOTAL ALL ON ONE FLOOR 2 ON EACH SIDE OF THE CABIN. THE DRIVEWAY IS STEEP - WE TOOK A MINIVAN AND IT BOTTOMED OUT BOTH WAYS BUT ASIDE FROM THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. PLENTY OF ROOM WITH THE 2 SETS OF BUNKS UPSTAIRS. PAOLA WAS SO NICE AND EASY TO GET AHOLD OF. WE WILL DEF BOOK AGAIN HERE IN THE FUTURE.

Great cabin, but very steep driveway!

This was a nice, clean cabin that accommodated my family. There were 6 adults and 2 kids. The only issue that we had was the extremely STEEP driveway. If you have a low sitting car, the bottom will get scratched going up the hill, like my mom's car. My husband has a pickup truck and even though it sits higher, his tires would spin coming up the hill. The cabin may sleep 12, but it could maybe accommodate 3 cars, at the most. There is also a cabin, directly next door that had to park their cars. We had to ask them to move them so that we were able to have room to park. They had 2 cars there as well. Our host communicated very well. We would definitely stay in the cabin again if it wasn't for the driveway.

Booked this house in February for 2 nights and 3 days for 11 people. Upon arrival the AC did not work. Set it for 68 and it stayed 76 for the 2 hours that we were there. We planned to go to gatlinburg and walk the strip/ eat dinner and give it some time to cool down before contacting the host. Several of us was standing on the deck beside the picnic table just talking and waiting on the others to get ready when my husband fell halfway through the porch. One of the boards was rotten right next to a board that had previously been replaced. I contacted the host to inform them of the broken AC and rotten board to which they replied they would send their maintence man to replace the board and check AC unit. I informed her we will be leaving to go eat dinner but it was fine for maintenance to come while we were gone. Once we arrived at the strip in Gatlinburg we received a call from VRBO that due to the issues we have had there that the host would like for us to leave the property and that they were cancelling our stay. They said we had 30 minutes to pack our belongings and leave. They said they were gonna send someone to escort us and make sure we leave the property. We rushed back and packed all of our stuff and had to find somewhere else to stay for the weekend. Terrible host in our opinion on how this was taken care of.
