The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, morning coffee, or a quick snack before hitting the galleries. You’ll find a full kitchen of appliances, cookware, dishes, and plenty of counter space. The adjacent dining nook seats four comfortably for dinner or game night.

We grew from one rental to over 60 vacation rentals and many private residential management properties. My first vacation rental started with none other than, Casa de Conejito! I first came to this area in 2003 for my studies at Sul Ross State University in the neighboring town of Alpine. After graduating and moving away the draw of this unique town kept calling for me. I have enjoyed living in this quirky town and sharing it with others.

This property is unique because it was built of earth bricks made right here in Marfa over 100 years ago! Yes, this property was built in 1920!! A testament to the bricks that were made and stacked right here in Marfa so very long ago.
