#1 - this place had no idea I was traveling with a pet OR we needed a 1st floor room due to my husband’s disability.I was told this would be noted on my reservation. IT WAS NOT, according to the front desk. Showing up after a 12 hour drive it was the most important part of my reservation that was ignored. If disability accomodation requests can’t be handled through VRBO then you shouldn’t be able to make off of selling the rooms. Luckily there was one room that suddenly appeared to be available and we were accommodated but it caused me tremendous stress.
